I wanted an 2018 communicated twice with Richard prior to my arrival about a specific truck was told they were expecting me. After driving one hour to dealership was informed on my arrival that the truck I wanted wasn't available. Talked out of leaving I ended up with 2019 and paid more. It still bothers me and I should have walked out but Ty worked with me so I stayed.

As a first time car buyer, I had done my research and knew exactly what I wanted. It came down to who was going to be the best people to work with and hands down Derek and his team were amazing. The car came off the lot dirty (interior and exterior) with a few interior scratches and damage. While at the dealership, Derek had his team do an initial detailing and ensured that if I were to purchase the car the other problems would be fixed.
