Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
Paul dicarlo was great. He was there start to finish and made me feel very comfortable buying a car . This was my first time and he made it very easy. This is our eighth family car purchased from Framingham Ford. Each time I have had my vehicle serviced by the dealership, I have found the service staff knowledgeable and friendly. They are also helpful. I recently had some recall work done and they did it most satisfactorily. They also recommended some added work that I believe can wait but which will get done when I have the money.
I was told that my Fusion had a problem with the heater hose, a very specific Ford-only part. I had the part ordered and waited and waited. It turns out that the part had been back-ordered. Well, push came to shove and 2 weeks past with no part. I had my car taken to Framingham Ford and asked them to look. The very next day I was told it was a different heater system part that they fixed. Within a day, I had my 2015 Fusion back and working excellently.
