Joe Wilson sold my wife and I a new 2017 Escape, and it was a fantastic experience. We had previously called/visited a number of other Ford dealerships in the area, and the service and professionalism from Joe and all of the Lucas staff was far better than anywhere else. I would absolutely recommend Lucas Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
I gave this rating because of the attention, consideration, and accommodation that I received from Rex Aaron. God bless his heart. He took very good care of me. As for Anthony xxxx at service, he did not demonstrate any customer service etiquette to me. I was already upset about my disappointment with vehicles that I purchased just in May, and having so much problems. He got very argumentative with me on the phone coupled with condescending attitude. When I came to pick up my car he completely ignored me, and never acknowledged me, even as as I was saying hello to him. I was taken care of by others. That is not how I know Lincolon.
Dan is the best person in the service department. He is professional, courteous , knowledgeable and friendly.. He does what ever it takes to take care of his customer and it is very much appreciated. When I go in I deal with him only, it???s worth it to wait for him. He is the main reason I go there for service.
I brought my 2015 Ford Escape in for a complimentary oil-change as I recently purchased the used vehicle from Ciocca Ford. The service tech who completed the oil change also did a complimentary inspection and discovered my rear brakes were dangerously low and needed to be replaced asap. The Service Advisor, Mike called me and gave me several options and helped me make the best decision for my vehicle and my budget. I was impressed with the speed of the technician who was able to handle the additional service work and still return my vehicle to me at the time I needed it returned. Mike communicated well throughout the whole process and let me know what to expect. The process was so smooth and I felt confident that the service being performed on my vehicle was quality work. After having my car back for a week now, I am really happy with the work that was performed. I received a great value by taking my car to Ciocca Service Center.
Winner Ford did a great job and they truly are a Winner in my eyes! From the internet pre-sales process all the way through the deal, they were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Eric Medina, Jeremy Robertson, Vern Ford, Joe Morin, and Ken Witman were all great. Jeremy and Vern made sure we were comfortable and had anything we wanted. Joe Morin worked his magic on my trade-in to get me the most value. Ken Witman worked the numbers many different ways to see what was best for me. He explained al options and was very thorough. Overall it was great experience. I will be going back to Winner for my next car.
I contacted Winner Ford with a vehicle I was interested in and within 24 hours they had me in the car I wanted and at a great price. Paul was very diligent in working out all the details and getting me in my new car ASAP. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! I will definitely be coming back here for my next car!
Buying a car is always stressful ... but Branden Wright went above and beyond to make a return customer happy and take delivery of a new Ford Edge ST in a matter of 8 hours. After calling the dealership to inquire about a particular vehicle Branden was on top of matters to help grease the skids and make the deal happen. I was unable to travel the 80 miles to take the test drive and get paperwork done ... so instead, he gassed the vehicle up and drove to my house (90 minutes later) and picked me up. It was the longest (and best) test drive in history, I'm guessing. In the return hour and a half ride back to the dealership, I learned everything (from him) about the vehicle and really got a feel for the power and capabilities of the Edge ST. Within 70 minutes of returning, all my paperwork was done (thanks Doug for your thoroughness) and I was on my way home, happy as can be in the new car. Even though Branden has only been in the business for a few months, he understands that customer service is #1 and his actions today has created a referral source for life. I hope he continues to excel and learn the craft, as I'm sure he will be a "Winner @ Winner Ford" for sure.
Everything worked out perfectly, Paul, took me through the type of vehicles and suggested models that would fit my needs. They also helped setup the car insurance and registration and told me about the financing and answered my questions.

The customer service exceeds a five star! Everyone was very accommodating and worked hard to meet my needs. I would recommend Winner Ford when purchasing a new vehicle! My mom also came in 4 days later and purchased a new Ford Explore. Kim worked hard via text messaging, to gain my Sale. She was very welcoming and warming once in the dealership. Lavern would not take no for an answer lol. He worked his magic to ensure that I had numbers that I wanted. He has warm energy and provided excellent customer service. Branden was an awesome sales rep. He took his time to explain the features on my vehicle and also was available by text when I needed assistance. Very friendly, motivated to do his job and most importantly he showed that he cared.

I was in the market for a 2018 Explorer and settled on this dealer because they gave me a price almost $1,000 less than the other Ford dealers in the area. I had emailed several dealerships asking for their best offer and Winner was the...weIl, winner. The other dealerships all emailed me asking what Winner was asking so they could "go to their managers one more time to see if there was anything they could do". That *$#& drives me crazy. Obviously, the price you quoted first wasn't the best you could do if your manager still might be able "to do something". The internet rep I dealt with, Erik, was upfront about the pricing and I liked my salesman, Jeremy Robertson, very much. I felt he was honest and tried to process the transaction as quickly as possible (as requested). There was a tour of the dealership I felt was unnecessary but I'm sure he was required to do that. I was a little disappointed that the car I purchased (2018 Ford Explorer) did not come equipped with a CD player but that was obviously not the dealer's fault. I haven't owned a new car since 2005 so I'm a bit out of touch. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend this dealer to anyone. When and if I decide to get another Ford I will definitely go back to Winner and Jeremy.
We purchased a car from Winner Ford. Our Salesman Paul and the rest of the stuff were great. I would highly recommend them. It was the easiest and quickiest car purchase we ever made. It was a pleasure and will definitely come.
My wife and I were in the market for a used minivan. Our search showed us the perfect car, one on Weathers' lot. We went to see it on a Saturday, and we able to keep it until Monday. Our salesman Tom was honest and fair with us. We got the deal we wanted for the car we needed.
