Was traveleing back from western PA and was 50 miles away when I realized that I needed to have oil changed. So on a lark, I called at 12 noon on a Tuesday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for 2:15 PM. As it turned out, I ended up getting there around 1:15 PM and they took me right away - so no waiting. Also, they advised me that my inspection was due in 2 months and that I may want to have it done. So I did. I checked N/A for QUALITY OF REPAIRS because all I did was an oil change and inspections, so I can't comment on any REAL repair work. However, all together, the service took MAYBE 2 hrs, but they offered me drinks and the waiting area was air conditioned, so it went by quickly. Would definitely recommend.....John Shvetz. Josh helped me get into the car I wanted. He worked around the clock making sure that he could make it happen. I was in a car accident and only had a week to get another car. Josh made it happen. I thank him for his hard work and dedication. It???s been almost a year since purchasing my car and everytime I come in to get my car serviced he remembers me by name and is always so kind. Most pleasant experience with the staff and management when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, specifically with the sales consultant Mike Renninger (who was superbly patient , understanding, and helpful), internet coordinator Heather Allen, and manager Kassia McFadden.
Just bought a used 2014 F150. The dealership sold me a truck for a fair price over the phone and held it for me for a couple of days until I was able to drive from Maryland to get it. The sales lady, Marie, and sales manager, Joe, were friendly and not pushy which I appreciated. The truck itself was in better condition than I expected.
First time at Brian Hoskins, went with Bo and he introduced us to Diamond Dave. My daughter Bethany was buying her first car. Diamond Dave made it the best experience. Very glad this was my daughters first car buying experience. Diamond Dave had everything ready, worked with us and 110% knew what to do, we will be back. Joe in fiance was great also. This dealership has people that care and want you happy.

This is by far the best dealership I have dealt with. They are friendly, respectful, and very low pressure. They would rather you leave without a car than regret your purchase. They even followed up to make sure I was happy with my new car. If they ever need another motto, I would suggest "above and beyond" because that is they do already! I will definitely be using them for any vehicle purchases in the future
Yesterday I purchased my first car.. Bill Tarter and manager Michael were wonderful.. Being a first timer they were very patient with me .. on explaining everything to me in terms that I understand.. Buying a new vehicle is easy, with a large selection of things to look at while buying used a bit more of a hassle because they churn through so many thing so quickly and don't store all of them on-site, but regardless sales staff is very nice and do try to help you find something that fits your needs, going beyond what others will do. Once you buy, they offer inspections and oil change "freebies" along the way so you are encouraged to return for service. You should, the service staff is very friendly and helpful and efficient in getting things fixed and properly for a fair price.
