Most pleasant experience with the staff and management when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, specifically with the sales consultant Mike Renninger (who was superbly patient , understanding, and helpful), internet coordinator Heather Allen, and manager Kassia McFadden.
I brought my 2015 Ford Escape in for a complimentary oil-change as I recently purchased the used vehicle from Ciocca Ford. The service tech who completed the oil change also did a complimentary inspection and discovered my rear brakes were dangerously low and needed to be replaced asap. The Service Advisor, Mike called me and gave me several options and helped me make the best decision for my vehicle and my budget. I was impressed with the speed of the technician who was able to handle the additional service work and still return my vehicle to me at the time I needed it returned. Mike communicated well throughout the whole process and let me know what to expect. The process was so smooth and I felt confident that the service being performed on my vehicle was quality work. After having my car back for a week now, I am really happy with the work that was performed. I received a great value by taking my car to Ciocca Service Center.
I came to the dealership looking for a new company truck. With a few options my initial message didn???t materialize into anything. They took the time to search and bring to the table, what I I can only explain as being the ideal vehicle. Being a company purchases that had some minor requirements were handled seamlessly. I want to also thank Harley Davidson, the used car sales manager, for making this deal go so easy. Koch 33 is a class act! I highly recommend !

Was traveleing back from western PA and was 50 miles away when I realized that I needed to have oil changed. So on a lark, I called at 12 noon on a Tuesday afternoon and they were able to schedule me for 2:15 PM. As it turned out, I ended up getting there around 1:15 PM and they took me right away - so no waiting. Also, they advised me that my inspection was due in 2 months and that I may want to have it done. So I did. I checked N/A for QUALITY OF REPAIRS because all I did was an oil change and inspections, so I can't comment on any REAL repair work. However, all together, the service took MAYBE 2 hrs, but they offered me drinks and the waiting area was air conditioned, so it went by quickly. Would definitely recommend.....John Shvetz. I gave this rating because of the attention, consideration, and accommodation that I received from Rex Aaron. God bless his heart. He took very good care of me. As for Anthony xxxx at service, he did not demonstrate any customer service etiquette to me. I was already upset about my disappointment with vehicles that I purchased just in May, and having so much problems. He got very argumentative with me on the phone coupled with condescending attitude. When I came to pick up my car he completely ignored me, and never acknowledged me, even as as I was saying hello to him. I was taken care of by others. That is not how I know Lincolon.
Josh helped me get into the car I wanted. He worked around the clock making sure that he could make it happen. I was in a car accident and only had a week to get another car. Josh made it happen. I thank him for his hard work and dedication. It???s been almost a year since purchasing my car and everytime I come in to get my car serviced he remembers me by name and is always so kind. Buying a new vehicle is easy, with a large selection of things to look at while buying used a bit more of a hassle because they churn through so many thing so quickly and don't store all of them on-site, but regardless sales staff is very nice and do try to help you find something that fits your needs, going beyond what others will do. Once you buy, they offer inspections and oil change "freebies" along the way so you are encouraged to return for service. You should, the service staff is very friendly and helpful and efficient in getting things fixed and properly for a fair price.
