We got a pretty good deal on our new Ford Escape, HOWEVER, the finance guy was rude to me and my wife when we did not buy any of the extended warranties or protection services. He put down the wrong city and zip code on our paperwork and we did not receive any loan information until after our first payment was overdue. The dealership manager was not helpful at all in resolving the problem. I spent 2 hours trying to call the Ford Credit people to get the account information and to get the first payment in. NOBODY at the dealership seemed to care in the least bit that we had a very hard time because of their mistake.
Chester was so friendly and knowledgeable and the staff was really welcoming and inviting. It was a nice clean quite environment I like how they act like a family. The buying process was simple and easy and the salesman are not pushy.
Purchased a used car from AutoNation, Union City, Ga. They tout that they do a "rigorous inspection" on their vehicles before offering them for sale. If that's the case, then why was one tire found to be installed wrong (directional tire and the "inside" marking was facing out). Two tires were way overinflated to 54 psi, one tire was underinflated at 24 psi and only one was pretty close, at 34 psi. When I checked the oil at home, I found the car over a quart low on oil. Had to make a Wal-Mart run to pick up a couple quarts of Mobil 1. I'm not sure what they deem "rigorous", but if they don't even check tire pressures and fluid levels, well...…….
I know this dealership is busy but no reason for employees to stand at each other’s desk, talking and ignoring the 5 customers you have in line. That was until James came back from lunch and took care of everyone. I do rate Mr. Briggs 5 stars.
When shopping for a vehicle most know it's not an enjoyable process. Well I can say Herb Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I can easily say when it's time to shop again I will absolutely use Herb.
I was in the market for a new car. I came to Gwinnett Place Ford as I have previously had great experience with them. My new salesperson Tony Jones was great. I got the best deal around. No hassle. He gave me what I asked for. One of the most pleasant experiences so far.
Helped us get what we wanted when no one else would!

We've been to numerous car dealerships looking for a decently-priced used car that met our needs, but every one we went to pushed cars on us that we didn't want. Vernon listened to what we wanted, found a car that fell within our guidelines, and was able to work with us to get a decent down payment and monthly payment that fit our budget.
Let me just mirror what others have said. Mark Cooper(sales) and Ivan Smith(Financing) got it done!
Mark answered all of my questions on the car and took time to get some photos before I came in. The car was cleaned up, the oil was changed, and the gas was topped off prior to use taking delivery of the car.
Not only did they have an amazing deal on a 2000 mile old car, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and the car had an amazing CPO warranty.

Bought a car and had to get some repairs done after 5 months of having it because it is not included with my warranty. They need to do full car inspections before they let customers drive off the lot. Il probably trade the car in after one more year.
My husband and I bought a Toyota Sienna from here tonight and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We had gone to multiple dealerships prior to this and were turned off immediately by the haggling followed by rude attitudes when we asked questions and once they realized we weren't intending to buy, but just look. Very unprofessional. That wasn't the case here. Randy was so great to work with. He wasn't pushy, he was very patient with all of our questions and/or concerns, he was knowledgable and informative when explaining things to us, and most importantly he was honest. I think that's hard to come by these days. Every employee that passed by us was extremely kind and asked if we needed help or if we were being helped already. Great customer service. We are definitely satisified customers and would highly recommend Billy Howell dealership!
I was treated with great respect and every aspect of my repair was explained in detail. Constant communication and updates about my repair was made to both my self and my husband. I will make sure that if my car needs repairs again I return to Fayetteville ford!!
I called in last week and a very professional sales rep. Terrance Estelle he went the extra mile for me by sending pictures of the Tahoe I was looking to buy so I drove 2 hrs and I was in and out in less than 1hr. The best buying experience I've ever had.
