Robert Bauman Helped me out with the 2016 F150 I just bought last week. I was having issues with the backup sensors not working. He helped me get my truck in at my convenience and even offered to put me in a loaner if needed. Found the issue with a harness and took care of it. He is also helping me with all the questions I have. Great and speedy service.
They have mastered building a culture of customer service and friendliness. Every time we were there when greeted by a sales person upon telling them we were there looking for someone else. They would personally walk us inside, open the door for us and find that sales person for us. Normally at other dealers the sales person would just say we can find them inside and look away. We bought a SUV clearly out of my wife???s and my league of technology knowledge. Our sales person Tommy Shelly spent a lot of time teaching us how to use it and work all the stuff this thing can do. That was the standout service that we needed. They will definitely have our future business.

have purchased alot of cars over the years,dealt with many different dealerships and i have to say that in my opinion this was the easiest no stress deal i have ever made. The sales man Dave Scott and the finance man Steven Oliver were extremely professional and answered all of my questions.Anything that they were not sure of instead of making up an answer they reached out to others and got the answers.if and when the need arises to purchase another vehicle i would have no issues checking there first.
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
We were very pleased with our overall experience with the purchase of our vehicle. Jeff, our sales representative was very professional and personable. He pays attention to all details and made sure we got a purchase we were happy with. He is someone that is not afraid to go the extra mile. The rest of the team , Curt, the sales manager and Juan in financing were also a pleasure to work with all making the buying experience a pleasure. very simple purchase. I found the vehicle I was looking for onlinehere on Cars.com, called and made my deal over the phone. they emailed me everything, had finance in place and all I had to do was show up and sign. quick and easy process. the way I like to buy vehicles....
