Good experience. Our salesman, Russ was great, very patient and found us the exact car we wanted. We were unfamilar with all the new features on this car and Michael Holden went over everything with us. He was extremely nice, did not rush us, answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with.
I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!

The customer service here is obvious from the first phone call. You are treated well and as if you matter, rather than a nuisance to someone who is in a hurry. These days that's amazing, but this is truly friendly, courteous, and professional service. They had me in and out in the time they stated. Though Jacob was the primary person I worked with and he is customer service at it's best, it was clear that the whole team jumped in to help if someone else was on the phone. So you were never ignored. I've also been assisted by Bonnie in the past at the register and both times she has been prompt but also very friendly. Combined with the reasonable service costs and clear communication, I will definitely be back.
The three people I dealt with were top notch and super friendly. Cayce Miller helped me find a great deal on my Escape, in the perfect color. Michael Holden helped me w/the techy stuff as I am old school on my Fords. Then it was time for Eric Berg to perform a miraculous loan for me. Thank you all so VERY much. Lucy loves her new Escape!
Bickford was recommended to me by a friend and my Doctor. Being a senior citizen I was hesitant to deal with car salesmen. Still I checked with several dealers and it turned out that Bickford was the most honest and patient. My salesmen was Russ Sumpter and he helped me understand the whole process of buying a new car. After I purchased my new ford explorer I was then introduced to Michael Holden Technology and delivery specialist. He helped me to understand all the electronics in my new car and has an open door policy where he will walk me thru anything I do not understand. I would of been lost with out him. I would highly recommend Bickford Ford the people make the difference.
Our salesperson, Russ, although very busy with many customers on our first visit, always made us feel like we were the most important people he was working with. When his first search for the right vehicle didn't meet our wants, he spent a lot of time finding the perfect vehicle for us. Then there was Michael, who helped explain the workings of the truck and even helped us set up the backup function when we came in with our trailer. Very friendly and personable young man. When he was done helping set up our trailer, he helped us with some issues I had with installing parts in the bed of the truck and when we pointed out some concerns with the bed lining, he personally went and found the service manager to come out and help us. We felt everyone there has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our purchase.
Michael was the greatest finishing touch on a great experience. I am a senior and was worried about learning all the new gadgets on my new car. Michael made it so easy. Russ my salesperson was very respectful and patient. Overall I would highly recommend Bickford to everyone looking to buy a car. It was great dealing with all the honest people.

Very friendly service. I had to pick up my kids from school and they let me test drive a truck to do so. The kids loved the new F150 immediately. Brooke in sales helped me get a great deal.
