Fred impressed me, and from a mild interest in a newer, faster Fusion, I asked him to introduce me to one of the sales staff. Greg was very easygoing and we had a great time talking cars and other things. A short while later, Kris and I were finishing paperwork on a 325hp Fusion Sport. Oorah! Great overall experience.

When I accidentally locked my keys in the car when I dropped my car off for an oil change. He was able to help get it unlocked and it was free of charge. Randy C. made our car buying experience enjoyable and hassle free. We were shopping for a reliable used car that would handle my long commute to/from work. While browsing the lot we met Randy. He was very professional and happy to answer our questions. We explained our price range and the type of vehicles we were interested in. My husband and I were pressed for time that day so we exchanged emails. The same day Randy sent photos for us to review. He understood that we were not in a hurry to purchase a vehicle and was willing to work with us until the right car came along. At no time did we feel pressured or hassled. Seven days after meeting Randy we were test driving vehicles. My husband and I were still undecided until he showed us one of the cars he included in an email. When researching Ford pickup trucks on the internet Chris Kelly from Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA responded to the chat window. He helped me through the whole process of ordering the exact vehicle I wanted, their policy of the no dicker price was fair with no hassle of the 1-2 hours going back and forth in negotiations. There was never any pressure to buy, only there to help. What a difference that made! Chris always answered my questions promptly when I asked while the truck was being built and yes I had a lot of questions as this was my first time buying a new vehicle and special ordering one on top of that. If Chris was off for the day when I had a question another salesman stepped right in and answered my question. I was able to track the progress of the build on the Ford website. Once the truck was delivered to Bowen Scarff, they surprised me and had it ready to go that next morning. Chris even came and picked me up at my home and brought me down to pick up the truck! After filling out the paperwork I was handed off to finance. Even here there was no pressure at all to purchase the ?extras? if I said no, he said ok and moved on. No trying to persuade me into it. My overall experience here was the best I have ever had at a dealership. The best surprise of all and may seem little to some was when I got in to drive away it had a full tank of gas. bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.

I really like this dealership and their cars .They are kind and nice to. One day I will meet them in the dealership parking.
