Bought a new car today and it was the smoothest experience I've ever had doing so. Jake was in communication with me from the time the car was on the truck on its way to the dealership, notified me when it arrived, and was patient with us throughout our test driving the car for over an hour. Then he took care of all the financing while I was at work so all I had to do was show up and sign. If they have the car you want (or can get the car you want), I wouldn't hesitate to give them a chance.

Great comfort and access for entry and exit of passengers. Gives everyone a smooth ride. Wish gas mileage was better though. Good visibility for the driver
We left Arizona on a beautiful December morning headed to Utah for a long awaited ski trip.
We had been looking at Suburbans online for six months and were hoping to find a "newer" used one while on vacation in the Salt Lake area.
Shamrock was our first stop as they had a Suburban with the color of interior that I wanted.
Wow! Everyone exceeded our expectations! We unloaded our ski gear and bags on the spot and reloaded everything into our new Suburban. Our ten year old (still in her jammies) curled up on their couch and watched TV while our older kids cleaned out the vehicle that we traded in and mounted our ski rack on the new. The whole process took less than two hours and could have gone faster, but we bought some assessories and weren't rushing ourselves.
Thank you Jake (and all) for treating us like friends. We will keep our eyes on your inventory and hope to buy from you again.
Jake and Brady, our time in Park City was amazing!!! Thank you for taking care of us so quickly so we could get back on the road and enjoy our trip. We're really enjoying the new Suburban. Hopefully our old one will be a blessing to a family too!
Best car buying experience I've ever had. Jake and Kellen were awesome through the entire process - from test drive to after purchase follow-up. Great price on the 2014 Suburban we bought and absolutely fair price on our trade-in. Fast service, no pressure atmosphere, no jerking around with back and forth with the "finance office", no pressure to have a "limited test drive". Jake found us exactly what we were looking for and went the extra mile to get us a little better interest rate by contacting the credit union and showing them how close our credit score was to the next tier. 1-lots of good info - photos about the vehicle online so most of our questions were addressed before we came to look at the vehicle 2- Kellen was easy to work with, very knowledgeable about the vehicle 3- we love our new suburban
A good or bad experience with any business a lot of times depends on how well prepped you are for the transaction. Given I do doc prep / review for a living and was thoroughly prepared for anything they might need, I did not have a negative experience with LHM. All Sales /Financing / Service Contracts were honored and I am happy with my purchase. If you do decide to purchase there have your employment history, pay history, references, LOEs and anything else they might need ready before you decide on a vehicle. Keep a log of all correspondences for reference and go with the flow. If you do that, your experience with LHM I believe will be hassle free and you'll walk out of there with the vehicle of your choosing.
Has a lot of room for kids and gear.

I love the van but wish removal of side seats was easier when I need to haul a bunch of gear. The outside looks are nice and clean which I like. I wish mine had been wired/plumbed for add a trailer hitch with controller but that is easy enough for me to do at the garage.
I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Thanks carmax.

The transit was exactly what the company needed. Needed to be able to move 15 young men at a time. We had another transit van and wanted another one
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.

This car is wonderful for our family of 9!! We’ve taken a trip in it already and it was very comfortable and great for the road!!
I have purchased two new cars from Darryl. He is now the sales manager so I guess I'll buy my next one from somebody else. I had a recall on my Ford an appointment at 10:30. 12:45 I'm out the door and everything is completed. Everybody was friendly and the coffee was great. After being unable to deal with conventional dealerships in the Salt Lake area I was so relieved to find performance. They treat you like they want your business not like some idiot that needs fleecing. If you hate the car buying experience go to Performance. It should change your attitude. They have me for life.

This car has met all my needs. The only thing I would do different is offer an automatic sliding door. I have fractured my hand and 2 of my kids have slammed their fingers in there. The door is really big and hard to stop if it starts rolling
Rodney was very unprofessional, I have never been to a dealership that doesn’t go over the contract throughly . When I came in the next day I spoke with a new sales manager named Joshua Chavez , if it wasn’t for him making up for Rodney’s mistake I would never step foot in a Nissan again . If you go to Nissan go to Joshua Chavez . He was very straight to the point and I left a happy customer
Before going to Shamrock we had a pretty good idea of the car and features we were looking for, but were glad to have Kellen walk through the decision process with us. We were out of state buyers yet never felt like that would be a huge problem. Thanks!
