When I first got to the dealership at first I was a little skeptical. But everyone at the place was friendly and awesome. Damien was the person who helped me and he was great from start to finish to pulling out of the lot with my new (used) car. I would recommend friends family and anyone who is looking to find a nice luxury automobile at a really affordable price. First let me say that i normally don’t do this. My experience was so good that i had to. I first went to Great Neck for a different car and found out that it was already sold. No call no deposit from me so that’s completely understandable. Upon walking on the lot i came across my baby. There she was a nice yankee navy blue 2013 740 Li BMW with a caramel interior... I looked at the price and quickly thought i can’t afford this - or so i thought. Upon entering the building i was greeted by Mr Rick Rogers. He was very articulate and persuasive without being pushy. Straight off the back i could tell i was dealing with a seasoned veteran. So within our conversation he suggested that i take her for a spin and boooooy did i... Best test drive I’ve ever been on. All the amenities anyone can ask for. Luxury power performance and payment lol.. After my thrilling test ride it was time to sit down and talk to John the financial guru.
The first thing he said was i will get u where u need to be. That sounds great but what’s the catch.? There was none !!! Within hours i was driving my BMW off the lot and into my driveway.. My payments and insurance are within reason for my situation. Overall i had a GREAT car buying experience at Great Neck and i will DEFINITELY recommend them to all my friends... BTW this is a real person and story..!!!
Came from out of town and they answered all my questions over the phone regarding fees, price and cargo van features. No surprises when I arrived. No hidden fees. Didn't feel at all like a hard sell. Gave me an incredible price for my trade in and was a great experience all around. They even mailed me back my ezpass and garage door opener. Nice experience.
Needed pick up truck for my towing business, went to curmsons i bought a gmc duramax. Pick up they serviced and was good price. I was very happy with staff members very friendly and make you feel relaxed no pressure. Bosses are ok too, very nice guys. i will go back for my next truck there.
I just need to spend time talking to Joseph about pricing and financing, he made everything very simple, the whole process took about less 5 hours. Got the car for a price I felt was market value and reasonable for both parties. Even more importantly, he didn't try to BS me on pointless upsells and got me on my way. He is worth the wait.
We were looking at 3 brands and chose Mercedes for so many reasons related to the vehicle itself. Now, when you add a wonderful salesman, you???re light years ahead of the game. My family has a true love for this dealership and the jeep product. The last new addition was the 2018 compass. Absolutely fantastic vehicle in the Rhino color. ( giving my grand Cherokee some real competition) the features on this compass just wow me. Couldn't be possible without Joe Smith and the manager Michael. Worth anyone's time to go in and buy a vehicle close to home.
I should start by saying that the new owners management is doing an excellent job, everybody is friendly, and customer service is top notch, very nice atmosphere great energy, this is not my first visit to a Nissan dealership and i was highly satisfied, they go above and beyond for their customers, definitely coming back for my next lease in the future.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
