It was past time for a service recently when my Sonata developed a bad rattle/clicking in the steering column. I set up the appointment for a few days later. The service rep was courteous and friendly and described two recent recalls that would solve my problem in a couple of hours of service time. He called me at home to tell me my battery was showing some signs of failing and asked me if I would like to replace it. I did. My car was ready with a courtesy wash and no more rattle in the steering. It was a very pleasant experience as always with your service center.
Took my car in for schedule 1 service which included an oil change. I bought the car used from this dealership and it had a blend for the oil at that time. About 20K miles ago I switched to full synthetic and when I dropped the car off I wrote in my instructions please use synthetic oil for the oil change. Instead of the synthetic or even a blend, regular oil was used. They offered to change it out but because of time I declined. This is the 1st time any of my instructions were not followed. I have always had 1st class service from this dealership.

The transit was exactly what the company needed. Needed to be able to move 15 young men at a time. We had another transit van and wanted another one
My dad spent hours and hours searching the web for a very nice car at a great price. He found one that was located at a Hertz dealership at Minnesota that was a phenomenal value for a fairly new Toyota Camry, exactly what we were looking for. It was 1000 dollars cheaper than most comparable Camrys. Hertz was phenomenal to work with, getting the car out to us in 1 day from when we purchased it and the car was in phenomenal condition, just like they???d promised us it would be!

Ford did right when they came out with the Transits. We love our 15 passenger van. It meets all the needs we were looking for.
I recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Stapleton and had the pleasure of working with Shon and Bob on it. I've bought several cars over the years and also done a decent amount of shopping around for this latest one. I've seen all kinds of dealers from the big dealerships to mom and pop used car lots. I can say that this was absolutely the best experience I've EVER had test driving and buying a car. Shon was outstanding throughout the process! He quickly answered any questions I had, fixed some issues that he found without me even asking and made sure that I was not only comfortable throughout the process but 100% happy with the results. Hands down best dealership in the area and I will be a lifelong customer of Stapleton because of their attention to detail and customer service. Great job guys and keep up the good work!!!
I???ve made it a point to purchase only used vehicles in the past after a miserable experience at another dealer. I got the price I was quoted before I ever stepped foot in the dealership, and they even helped me find financing when mine fell through. The finance dept. was quick and painless, and most important to me: nobody tried to upsell me on anything. I was asked if I wanted any type of accessories or warranty items, I said no, and it was never brought up again. Never felt any pressure to purchase anything, and my salesman Chad Ojard is a stand up guy, ask him about his Mustang. This is the way all dealerships should operate. Chad and his team made the drive to Olympia totally worth it for me.
We had a great experience purchasing this vehicle for our son. Our salesman wanted us to get the best vehicle value for our budget. We felt going in we might purchase an Explorer but we were given options based on our price point that we were working with. As it turned out we purchased an F 150 pickup. Our son was beyond excited and we felt we came out with a great vehicle for him. We had a great experience. We were in and out in a short period of time too. We would highly recommend Utter Family Ford.
The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.

This car has met all my needs. The only thing I would do different is offer an automatic sliding door. I have fractured my hand and 2 of my kids have slammed their fingers in there. The door is really big and hard to stop if it starts rolling

I like that bus .Pretty comfortable for me and my passengers .Easy get in and out .I'M almoust 6 foot toll ,but can stay inside no problem .Very soft and nice ride !
I had such a great experience buying my new Jeep with Phil. He is kind, friendly, and truly makes customers feel that he is matching them with their best interests-- I have already recommended Phil to so many of my friends, he is an ASSET to World Jeep!

I love the van but wish removal of side seats was easier when I need to haul a bunch of gear. The outside looks are nice and clean which I like. I wish mine had been wired/plumbed for add a trailer hitch with controller but that is easy enough for me to do at the garage.
We were looking at 3 brands and chose Mercedes for so many reasons related to the vehicle itself. Now, when you add a wonderful salesman, you???re light years ahead of the game. Thanks to Valentine and the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of Smithtown for a great experience from our first visit to delivery!

While I have had this vehicle for only a couple months, it serves my needs well. Drives well now, we will see how long it lasts.
I had test driven a Ford C-Max Energi in 2014 and completely fell in love. I knew that was the next car for me. But unfortunately do to timing and circumstances I was not able to buy one. Still, I knew this would be my next car. Whenever I would have a bad day, I would go on Ford’s website and build the car I wanted with all the options and colors choices I wanted. I even saved one of them I had built in a pdf file to reference when I didn’t have internet connection.
This year when Ford announced they would no longer be producing the C-Max in the US I knew it was time for me get my dream car. I went to a local dealership and got the run around. They said since the car isn’t being produced, they can’t get the car with all the options I wanted. They tried to get me to compromise. I felt uncomfortable and pressured into something I didn’t want to do. I left in tears thinking I would never own the Ford C-Max of my dreams.
Then my boyfriend called and said he found a nearly new one in New Hampshire in the exact color with all the options I wanted. He started making the calls on my behalf. Craig the sales representative was always available and even though the transaction was made across states, made me feel like I was sitting right in front of him. The entire Portsmouth team did their best to answer all my questions. Signing the paperwork was seamless and easy. They even set up delivery from NH to TX. When my car arrived before I thought it would, I was overjoyed and estatic.
Thank you for everything you did to make my dream a reality. You really are the best. I’m a Portsmouth customer for life.
