We were able to get a good price on the vehicle. Communication with the dealership was poor. I would email with the person i was working with and then not hear anything from them at all after asking questions about the vehicles i was looking at
This is a dealership without commissions...they had no incentive other than to collaborate to make me happy. Unlike other dealership experiences where my entire experience was a draw of the luck of the agent who would reach me first, here I encountered collaboration between various employees, all with the common purpose of helping me find the right auto. No pressure with purchase. Excellent follow-up. Impressed.
I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!

What an amazing place to buy a car. I purchase a car in 2015 with nothing but the best service. I did my service repairs at Sound service with Randy who was great. Now I decide for a change after almost 4 years and up graded my Escape. They were even more amazing. Thank You Kwok and Joe you guys are the best.
I have done a lot of car deals in my life and I've often felt pressured to buy. I did not feel pressured by Rodney and Travis at Bruce Titus Ford and was treated very well in my car shopping experience. I felt that I could trust the dealer. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle due to my trade in value, but will most likely do business with this dealership in the future.
I hadn't been to Sound Ford for many years, since they changed ownership and along with it their sales approach. I was extremely happy to work with them during my purchase a new Ford Edge. They were very patient and helpful, explaining everything along the way. Our product specialist James was friendly and exceedingly helpful, taking his time to show us all of the features of the vehicle and to explain differences between the various packages. I would definitely shop here again in the future for a new car.
I was getting frustrated after visiting a number of other dealers in the Seattle area. Walking into Sound Ford felt different immediately. Eric and Natasha made me feel welcome, giving me information without sales pressure. They helped me find a car that I and my family love. Here's the clincher: A week after purchase, while detailing the car, I found a deep scrape on the lower front bumper. I simply missed it when I first checked out the car at the dealership, due to the color of the car and the location of the scrape. I admit, I was afraid I was going to be told "too bad - you should have caught it before you drove it off the lot". No way. Natasha and Eric told me to bring it in for repair at their expense, and provided a loaner! The day I brought my car for repair, I was met by Brian, a sales manager I had not worked with previously. He knew my name and had made all arrangements for me with the body shop and with a loaner car. This is extraordinary care that raises the bar for all other dealers. Thank you Eric, Natasha and Brian.
