As for Anthony xxxx at service, he did not demonstrate any customer service etiquette to me. I was already upset about my disappointment with vehicles that I purchased just in May, and having so much problems. He got very argumentative with me on the phone coupled with condescending attitude. When I came to pick up my car he completely ignored me, and never acknowledged me, even as as I was saying hello to him. I was taken care of by others. That is not how I know Lincolon.

Overall, I have always had a successful experience with Keyser Miller. I have used Them for both of the Escapes that I use...one 1 own & 1 I lease from Them. My Salesman (Rick) and the Service Desk, for example Mark have always been nice to work with.

Major repairs to brakes, spindles, cracked boots, steering unit plus replacement of filters, oil change and wheel alignment done satisfactorily on 13 year old vehicle. Had to recently return twice to fix thumping in rear brakes. Replacement rear rotor surfaces were grooved and found to be the problem. Finally remedied. The repair facility isn't the least expensive but their service and repairs are reliable. Use them for both my Explorers.
Salesman Jeff Gemmill was responsive and courteous. I had to travel in from out of state to pick up the dump truck, and Jeff picked me up from the car rental agency where I was returning my rental car. Throughout the process, Jeff took time to answer my questions. The paperwork was all ready to sign when I arrived.

Jason is great - very straightforward and helpful. Even though it was busy and crowded, he kept me updated on everything (cost, time, etc.) It's a dealer so things are going to cost more to get serviced, but the price was fair and everyone was friendly.
I was searching for Ford Fusions online and saw one at Fred Beans of Doylestown. I couldn't come to see the car for a week and we lived an hour away. I spoke with Trish and Brianna over the phone and email for the week. They did not call or email everyday, I appreciate the space. When I arrived to test drive the car I liked it and bought it that day. Of course we had to wait a few hours for paperwork and getting the car detailed. There was nothing to complain about and we are happy with our purchase. I also met Fred Beans!
Joe Wilson sold my wife and I a new 2017 Escape, and it was a fantastic experience. We had previously called/visited a number of other Ford dealerships in the area, and the service and professionalism from Joe and all of the Lucas staff was far better than anywhere else. I would absolutely recommend Lucas Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
The internet sales department is great. Steven and Theresa provided me with all the information I needed and then some. Within minutes of my inquiry I had a response to all of my questions. I even got an email from Coleen Lucas, the general manager. She wanted to make sure that her team was 100% responsive to all of my questions.
