Great experience! Great employees! Great SUV!

We looked for about 6 weeks and spent hours at 7 different area dealerships. We were wanting to upgrade from the Kia Soul we had to something that would seat an extra person comfortably and had AWD and most importantly, something that would fit within our budget. We were very specific and upfront as to what we could afford. We had "fair" credit (634) and a fixed monthly budget. We went to Hyundai of Asheville because we had purchased most recently there. Horrible experience! Lots of young, wet-behind-the-ear staff. We were told in a very condescending manner that we had "unrealistic expectations" and that was after we were pressured into staying past the time we told them we couldn't do what they offered. We went to Kia and had a great experience with Ben Brendle, but weren't able to get an APR we were comfortable with financing. Brandon Braswell said he'd keep working on it. A couple weeks went by and we received a phone call saying that they had something for us. We returned to Paramount Kia and met Jodi Biltoten. We arrived about 6:00pm after my husband got off work. Jodi showed us an AWD 2015 Sorento with less than 25,000 miles and certified pre-owned. We test drove it and it was exactly we had been looking for - complete with optional third row seating for extra passengers. Jodi was very knowledgable and extremely helpful and SUPER nice. Brandon Braswell was able to take our Kia Soul in trade and worked with banks to get us an APR that was 2.0% less than what we'd been offered at the other dealerships! Jordan Ogle was very thorough with explaining our paperwork and answered all questions. We have been thrilled with our deal and new-to-us SUV. Thanks again for all your hard work, Jodi, Brandon, and Jordan. Especially since we were there until 11:00pm...3 hours after closing! Paramount Kia has the same great customer service and professionalism that they claim to have in their advertising.
