Boiler Plate for Customer Service

Where can I start, other than, thank you, thank you, thank you! Scoop, Polly, Sally, and the whole team overall, delivered outstanding customer service throughout the entire transaction. I live out of state (CT to be more precise) so buying a car, especially a used car, is stressful enough, buying sight unseen raises the anxiety level to code red. My local super auto store that claims to have the maximum inspection did not represent "the way car buying should be" paid for transport, approved me for finance for the identical car, send me one with a broken a/c motor. Messed up, and after fighting with them received my transport fee back. Then the universe spoke, the sun shined on this dog's @$$, and connected with Woody's. Universe kept blessing...my internet request connected me to Scott "Scoop" Cooper, and he went above and beyond what any dealership or salesperson, has ever done. They offered to pick me up at MCI, however, I had arranged for auto transport on my own. I did not want to do the mid-country drive during winter (glad I did we had a few doozies,) Almost had to travel last minute, because that company flaked. Luckily, I was able to find another last minute, but I digress... From email and text communication to phone calls, and finally, sending pictures pre-auto transport, he was there every step of the way, moreover, answered all my questions immediately. Never felt pressure, did not have to haggle. They helped me with obtaining the out of state temps. The car is here, and she's better than expected! So if anyone is in the market, and wondering why you should choose Woody's? Reading this review, you taking the time to read, and I write, should point your decision to YES! Again thank you all, Woody's broke the mold!
