Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.

I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. Nicole in Finance was also very helpful in helping arrange my financing. Quality vehicle...fair price...good customer service.

A Ford dealership on Rt 95 in Kenly that deals honestly and with integrity. Using cars.com I found the 2016 Mustang covertible with the color and options I was looking for. I contacted Joe Husick, their internet sales person as I'm located an hour away from Kenly Ford. Joe quickly responded to my email answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. We discussed my trade and what it would be valued at.
I drove to Kenly to see the car and it was exactly how Joe described it. He offered me the value we discussed for my trade and I bought the car on the spot. The folks at Kenly are honest and nice people. It was well worth my drive and I would look at Kenly in the future for my cars.

I was contacted by salesman Jadon shortly after signing up for a test drive promotion by Ford. During the test drive at Dave Smith, Jadon was very informative with all ford was offering at the time (rebates, lease buyouts, etc.) and all of the features of both the 2017 and 2018 Ford Mustang Ecoboosts. As I wasn't ready to buy for a couple of months, Jadon kept in contact and was very responsive to every question and concern I had. When I decided on a model located at an out of town dealership, Jadon was quick to assure me that they could retrieve it. A week later, after the quickest buying process I have experienced along with the lowest finance rate I could find, I am loving my 2017 Ford Mustang Ecoboost in lightning blue. Very impressed with overall experience. No nagging salesman trying to upsell you, but rather very responsive to every need.
Wayne County has serviced my Ford Fusion for over three years. They always do the service and repairs on time and correctly. The dealer costs are the same as any other repair shop. They match or beat prices on tires, etc. Andrew, Chris and the service team are friendly and knowledgeable. Next new car will be from Wayne County
I must say Wayne County Ford is a 5 star dealership. I purchased 2 vehicles from Howard Jr. One was new in 2002 & recently a 2015 Lincoln MKC. The service was great then & even better now. Incredible deals but the service after the sale is what counts. I had a few questions after the sale & Howard was right there at my place of employment to help. That is amazing!!! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Nate was extremely kind, honest, and knowledgeable regarding my vehicle and the service needed. I truly appreciate the shuttle service that took me to work and picked me back up when my vehicle was finished (shout out to Keith!).
Not only were the employees great, I couldn't find a better price for the repairs done. It's not often you leave a dealership/mechanic feeling good about what was done.

I went to Country Nissan hoping to trade in my lease. I knew I was going to go over my mileage limit and I wanted to own a car instead. I was worried that this would be difficult, however...I still owed a year on my lease agreement. I went to Jason LeClair, and he immediately went above and beyond in helping me find the best options for my desired monthly payment. I never once felt pressured or wondered if I was getting the best possible deal. Instead of feeling like I was playing "cat and mouse" like I have at other dealerships, we didn't waste any time getting down to business, and I truly enjoyed his company. I have always wanted a Rogue, and it's exactly what I got! I am so grateful Jason made it happen for me, and I will never buy another car from anyone else if I can help it.
