I bought a car sight unseen. They dropped it at docks a few days later. Have not seen it yet. Three weeks to get to California. Easy guys to work with
Ford dropped the ball on this one!

I am 6'5" tall, and I love the height of this wagon. I can enter and exit the vehicle without hitting my head. On the down side, the front wheel bearings keep on wearing out. They are only good for 25k miles or so. They are press fit into the spindle and you can not lubricate them. Therefore, you are doomed to buying new bearings on a regular basis. The steering wheel has developed a 3/4" rocking deviation at the edge. I have never experienced this problem in any other car. If feels as if the steering wheel wants to shake right off the steering column. Another problem is the door lock actuators. They also fail on a regular basis. When they break, they make this monstrous buzzing noise. Then, they will either not work at all, or in the case of the drivers door, totally lock you out with the engine running. At about 106k miles, the transmission started to slip badly while up shifting. It was pretty scary to be accelerating on to a road and finding yourself with zero power and a transmission that is making that buzzing noise of death. My Ford dealer had to replace the transmission for USD.3,000.00. That was not an expense that I was anticipating. In conclusion, I would think twice before ever buying a Ford product again.
Tommy Tucker recently helped up find a used Pathfinder that was perfect for us. He greeted us right by the door and helped us right away. He beat all of the other deals we were looking at. Management and financing were also great. We are very happy!

I a woman in my sixties that uses a Ford Transit Connect to transport rescue animals. This vehicle is ideal. It is reliable, easy on gas and comfortable. Easy to load and maneuver in traffic. Great storage areas, low outside noise, good sound system inside - for this type of transportation.
We worked with salesperson Nathan. He was very helpful and made our car buying experience easy. We came in a couple of times to look at the SUV we bought. He was patient, professional and answered our questions . We financed part of our purchase with Bill Estes. That was also quick and easy to deal with. Before we left we had one of their staff show us the features and how to use the sync 3 navigation and all of the controls. He was also very helpful. Good experience and would recommend working with Nathan on your car purchase.
Better than you would think for size

We were downsizing from a 3500 dually flatbed and wanted..maybe a van of some sort. First impression was this vehicle was tiny. Second impression was wow it really has hauling capacity inside/out of the weather.
I was passing through Ontario in my new Outback when I had many warning lights flashing, gear shifting problems, etc. Ron in the service department was great. He took my car in right away (next appointment was 3 days away), ordered the needed parts for next-day delivery and had the car fixed as soon as parts arrived. Lori arranged for me to have a loaner car, a brand-new 2018 Outback, for the two days. They left me my car for after-hours pickup and I was able to return the loaner at the same time and was on my way out of the state. All this at no charge!

Large cargo area, while not a very large vehicle. Reasonably quiet and comfortable for a utility vehicle. Fairly efficient on gas for this type of use. OK , but not great power at highway speeds.
Great firsttime buying experience with no pressure

Great service! No pressure at all to buy, but I ended up with a perfect car within my price range. Emailed with Jeff Haight, who actually came in on his day off just to help us out! Options were all clearly presented to me, and the rest of the staff were very helpful with all the things I was unfamiliar with.
Bought used 101,000 mi, drove 2500 mi ok so far.

It is low to the ground, easy for old people to get in and out. Short cargo area. Mine vibrates at idle, and back seat rattles if folded down. Sometimes it is hard to lock because of door open sensors. Back up camera is needed. Visors need extenders for short drivers. Sun block film needed on windshield behind the rear view mirror. Mechanically everything is working well so far. I love to drive it, (female age 70) and it has the back seats plus the cargo area for hauling small things if needed. Great for shopping for large items, just not lumber or plywood. Two more feet of length in the cargo area is much needed. I bought a 16' board, they cut it in half, and I rested it on the front armrests to get it home.
We were dreading shopping for a vehicle, but we were pleasantly surprised with Riverside! We went in looking for a used SUV and ended up buying 2 new Fords!
Way too small for construction

I was looking for a quality used truck for work.
The cargo area is less than 6' long. no way to get a standard 8' piece of lumber.
Even for an everyday consumer would be disappointed
if they went to a home improvement store to pick up a small load of lumber.
Its was very helpful for me. It sorted out many of the vehicles the way i wanted and helped me find exactly what i wanted. It also gave me good and fair prices which for me is going to help a lot to help me get the car i need to go off to college.

Bought used with 80k miles. All systems go. Twice the mileage of my 2008 E150.
I'm averaging about 25mpg mixed driving.
Drives like a car. I wish it was a bit more comfortable, I'm 6'3, and have all kinds of head room, but the seat is a bit short on the legs. Came with the cage behind the seats, so I can't recline as much as I'd like to, but this is a minor inconvenience. Much easier and more enjoyable to drive than the E150.
Love it so far. Only had a month or so, but love it!
My experience with Lee Auto Group was unforgettable! They treated me like a part of the family and showed me they were ONLY looking out for my best interest, as oppose to merely trying to make a sale. They are great business folk, and I would recommend anyone to go there for a thorough, fervent, affable, and professional experience. Don’t let the looks fool you!

This car has outperformed previous ratings posted so I was pleasantly surprised. I have gotten consistently higher gas mileage than posted. It is a little noisy inside and it seems like it needs one more higher gear on the highway so the engine is not running at such high rooms, but outside of those it is great!
I will highly recommend this place ! I went to buy a used Chrysler Sebring and Chris and his staff helped me as much as they can especially with helping with the minor downsides of the vehicle. I was extremely excited and impatient for the car and Chris met the needs and had the patience and helped and give me referral to other resources I may need

This is the only box-car of this kind that is available in the US. These cars are very practical and work great for a small business or quick deliveries. However, this model is way less in Europe because the competition is much larger and Ford is selling the transit connect for too much here in the US... The Honda Element provides the same boxy loading space but provides way more features and a better ride for the same price. I also miss the diesel engine Ford offers in Europe and the rest of the world.
I spoke with Austin regarding a blazer for sale. He went above and beyond my expectations of any dealer. He was honest and upfront about everything even sent me pictures of underneath the body and any type of rust on the vehicle. Due to the fact that I couldn't just drive down and look at it I live 11 hours away from his dealership. I would recommend speaking with Austin for your next car purchase
My car purchase experience was wonderful. This was all due to Ed Adams. He helped me every step of the way. He is such a kind and wonderful person. He is very good at his job and goes above and beyond to help you. I will refer anybody who is looking for a new vehicle to Ed because I know the service they will get will be exceptional Just like mine was!
We purchased a car at Bill Marsh Kalkaska from Cary. Best salesman ever! This is our 3rd car we have purchased from him. We will not go to anyone else. We have our cars serviced there also and the service team is awesome, I highly recommend everyone there!
Fair trade value for my trade in, quick close on the vehicle I selected. Employees were friendly and courteous. I will visit again next year for another car and also recommend as a source for used cars.
I finally got to actually buy a car from these guys. Had been looking but wasn???t ready and still have excellent service.
