Just bought a used 2014 F150. The dealership sold me a truck for a fair price over the phone and held it for me for a couple of days until I was able to drive from Maryland to get it. The sales lady, Marie, and sales manager, Joe, were friendly and not pushy which I appreciated. The truck itself was in better condition than I expected.
First time at Brian Hoskins, went with Bo and he introduced us to Diamond Dave. My daughter Bethany was buying her first car. Diamond Dave made it the best experience. Very glad this was my daughters first car buying experience. Diamond Dave had everything ready, worked with us and 110% knew what to do, we will be back. Joe in fiance was great also. This dealership has people that care and want you happy.

I had a great truck buying experience at New Holland. I purchased a used F350. From the moment I called to the the time I drove off the lot, everyone at New Holland was professional, detailed and not pushy. I came from quite a distance; my salesman, Andy Bogedain, accurately described the truck over the phone, notified me of a small defect after I had agreed to purchase (it was not a deal breaker) and had all paperwork set up when I arrived. I'd certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Cherry on top: it's located in a nice little town, right in the middle of Amish Country.
Overall, I have always had a successful experience with Keyser Miller. I have used Them for both of the Escapes that I use...one 1 own & 1 I lease from Them. My Salesman (Rick) and the Service Desk, for example Mark have always been nice to work with.
I gave this rating because of the attention, consideration, and accommodation that I received from Rex Aaron. God bless his heart. He took very good care of me. As for Anthony xxxx at service, he did not demonstrate any customer service etiquette to me. I was already upset about my disappointment with vehicles that I purchased just in May, and having so much problems. He got very argumentative with me on the phone coupled with condescending attitude. When I came to pick up my car he completely ignored me, and never acknowledged me, even as as I was saying hello to him. I was taken care of by others. That is not how I know Lincolon.
They understood what vehicle I was looking for and made the effort to find one they could give me a good deal on. My sales rep Vince followed up quickly with the questions and info I needed BEFORE I even had to come into the dealership so I wasn't wasting my time. It did take took two hours from when price was agreed upon until I was out of the dealer with car. Thats too long for paper work.
VERY PROFESSIONAL OPERATION ...WITH AN APPOINTMENT WHICH I MADE EVERYTHING WAS PREPARED AND READY TO GO . VINCE AND THE SUPPORT STAFF THAT WORKS WITH HIM ARE TOP NOTCH . THIS IS THE SECOND NEW TRUCK I PURCHASED FROM VINCE AND I CAME BACK EVEN THOUGH THEIR NOT THE CLOSEST FORD DEALER TO ME . THE LAST 2005 TRUCK WAS WHAT I WANTED AND ROBIN FORD FOUND IT AT MURPHY FOR ME . COOPERATION AMONG DEALERSHIPS IS ONE OF MANY REASONS I'LL ONLY BUY FORD .
Dan is the best person in the service department. He is professional, courteous , knowledgeable and friendly.. He does what ever it takes to take care of his customer and it is very much appreciated. When I go in I deal with him only, it???s worth it to wait for him. He is the main reason I go there for service.

Different from other local Ford Service Departments, this one treats you like you want to be treated! Astounding to find anymore, but today I experienced it. I dreaded taking my car in for recall repair because of past experience at Liliston Ford, but Bayshore was different! Treated me with courtesy and respect, and my car was handled with care. They kept their promise on how long the repair would take. If you have been to other Ford dealerships in our area, don't think they're all the same. Bayshore proved they're different! Thank you Brett and Pat. I look forward to returning to Bayshore Ford to have my vehicles serviced in the future. It was worth the drive!
Thanks to Zach Harpin and his dealership I was looking to buy a truck but they didn't have any on there lots that I wanted. They were able to find 1 in the auction with the options I gave them, definitely made the experience a lot easier with A++ customer service
