From start to finish, Tim Staggestad and his GM, provided me with a customized experience like I have never seen during other car lease or purchase processes. They delivered on every promise and every deadline; and in the end, I can say I made a couple new friends!
The service department was great. The people, from Brian, Blue Team Advisor, to the guys driving the courtesy can were helpful, informative and friendly. This could have been a very stressful experience, but Brian explained what the problem was and helped me make an informed decision.
We were able to get a good price on the vehicle. Communication with the dealership was poor. I would email with the person i was working with and then not hear anything from them at all after asking questions about the vehicles i was looking at
Steve and Rob were very pleasant to work with. They were very helpful in trying to find the truck that we needed for our family. They gave us a fair trade on our trucks and we’ll definitely come back to Fugate in the future.
This is a dealership without commissions...they had no incentive other than to collaborate to make me happy. Unlike other dealership experiences where my entire experience was a draw of the luck of the agent who would reach me first, here I encountered collaboration between various employees, all with the common purpose of helping me find the right auto. No pressure with purchase. Excellent follow-up. Impressed.
I live 3 hours from the dealership. I called Kurt and was very specific on the truck I wanted. He said he had a couple that met my needs quickly sent me the links so I could see what was in the lot. We were able to do all our finances before hand. I called to let Kurt know when I would be there and they had everything ready to sign. We were in and out. They truely excelled in communication, friendliness, and ability to deliver exactly what I wanted and didn’t waste my time. Hands down was the best experience buying a truck and will be going back when it is time to upgrade.
Greg has been my service adviser since I moved to Seattle from the motor city almost 10 years ago. Having lived in Michigan for 20 yrs, owning Ford cars for the majority of my life, and having worked for Ford through a contracted company, I know what excellent Ford service is and Greg as always provided me with that. He has arranged a rental car when needed or figured out ways to still take care of my car while saving me money. I had someone else take care of me and my car one time when Greg was on vacation and it wasn’t the same. I don’t want another service advisor besides him.
Amazing place, I didn???t feel rushed or forced in any decisions, they answered all questions clearly and thoroughly. And I feel confident in my decision. They were so very helpful and kind.
