Most pleasant experience with the staff and management when shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, specifically with the sales consultant Mike Renninger (who was superbly patient , understanding, and helpful), internet coordinator Heather Allen, and manager Kassia McFadden.
I brought my 2015 Ford Escape in for a complimentary oil-change as I recently purchased the used vehicle from Ciocca Ford. The service tech who completed the oil change also did a complimentary inspection and discovered my rear brakes were dangerously low and needed to be replaced asap. The Service Advisor, Mike called me and gave me several options and helped me make the best decision for my vehicle and my budget. I was impressed with the speed of the technician who was able to handle the additional service work and still return my vehicle to me at the time I needed it returned. Mike communicated well throughout the whole process and let me know what to expect. The process was so smooth and I felt confident that the service being performed on my vehicle was quality work. After having my car back for a week now, I am really happy with the work that was performed. I received a great value by taking my car to Ciocca Service Center.
Samantha was great. She was very informative and very helpful. We didn't realize it at the time but we had bought our first truck from Sands back in 1997 and had the truck for 15 years so we hope this one lasts just as long. The facility is beautiful and clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Sands Ford, thank you Samantha.
Overall, I have always had a successful experience with Keyser Miller. I have used Them for both of the Escapes that I use...one 1 own & 1 I lease from Them. My Salesman (Rick) and the Service Desk, for example Mark have always been nice to work with.

When I go in I deal with him only, it???s worth it to wait for him. He is the main reason I go there for service.
