Michael Gadberry was assigned to meet us for our 1:00 appointment. Michael called prior to our arrival to confirm our appointment and was prompt in greeting us as we arrived. I was impressed by Michael's knowledge and Long McArthur through out our process. Michael was very professional and took his time to answer our questions and make sure we knew everything. Long McArthur has plenty of personnel to help in every area of service. I left having confidence that we could rely on great service in the future. This was our first experience with this dealership. Michael seemed to make an extra effort to always please us. I would definitely recommend Michael for your experience. We finished with Kyle who was also very friendly. People at Long McArthur aim to please which takes a little longer to complete so allow plenty of time. We were treated very well. Stockton, Ks.
I had been shopping around looking for the best deal on a 2018 or 2019 GMC Terrain. Steve was the only salesman who took the time to look at all the different Terrains and the only one who understood my crazy schedule. He even stayed after hours for me! He is very personable and honest. My husband and I have found our lifelong car salesman I will never go anywhere else! Steve really is a great guy and works for the customer. He even took time out to show me every detail of how to work all of the buttons and electronics in the car and made sure I had everything set up before I left.

Great service! No pressure at all to buy, but I ended up with a perfect car within my price range. Emailed with Jeff Haight, who actually came in on his day off just to help us out! Options were all clearly presented to me, and the rest of the staff were very helpful with all the things I was unfamiliar with.
The great service continues as usual. Just said car in for tune up brake job and a few other things and everything is excellent the timing was good and job was done when they said it would be. Thank you very much Jim and Jason and the rest of the staff. You have never let me down thanks again. John you have a great group.!

I located a specific 2017 Expedition EL at Porcaro Ford and Shawn Moore quickly responded to my online inquiry. It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. Nicole in Finance was also very helpful in helping arrange my financing. Quality vehicle...fair price...good customer service.

I had a screen message indicating a low battery and should be replaced. I gave this information when making the appointment and received a quote for a new battery. The service engineer checked the battery and said it was in good order, but the battery in the key needed replacing. Instead of $130 + installation it cost me $2. Many dealers would not have been so honest and replaced the main car battery!
I worked with Igor in the Service Department. I was so happy with previous work that I brought my Jaguar in for some work after her long winter's nap. I always feel like Igor and the staff have MY best interests in mind. I don't hope to "need" vehicle repairs, but if I do, I will visit Igor and the staff at Maritime Ford in Manitowoc!
I was very upset when I submitted my last post earlier today and I should have taken my issues to a manager. I called back and talked to Joe who is the used car manager. Bill Brown really stepped up and went out of there way to make me happy and I am very grateful. I was picked up by dealership, given a loaner car and was assured they would be retrieving my broken down vehicle! I would definitely take my business back here and recommend it to anyone else. This is a dealership without commissions...they had no incentive other than to collaborate to make me happy. Unlike other dealership experiences where my entire experience was a draw of the luck of the agent who would reach me first, here I encountered collaboration between various employees, all with the common purpose of helping me find the right auto. No pressure with purchase. Excellent follow-up. Impressed.

He said car was already sold, but there was no sold sign on the car nor was the ad removed. He was not too cordial or anxious to find something else for me.
