Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

I hadn't had a Ford in years but I'm happy with my Transit Connect Wagon. Previously owned a Honda Element but the Connect has done its job.

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

So far im in love!! Great gas mileage Ford did a great job designing this van for work!! Its everything i hoped for so far and has all the bells and whistles of a car!! I love the display screen back up camera blutooth and the speakers sound great too!! It's super quiet and smooth ride i can't say enoug good things about it so far!!! Awesome experience! These guys got me into the car I wanted, and helped through any small hiccups along the way. They were quick to fix the small things I had asked of them right away and I was able to drive away that same day!

We really like the transit, we didn't want too many bells and whistles and the XLT offered all that we needed. Keeps the price down a little and we really like the styling. Lots of head room. Back seats look a little stiff for long trips but we haven't tried them yet. Like the styling and we are looking for some aftermarket wheels to make it unique.

long story short if your a business owner and looking to beef up your company with an ideal company vehicle especially a cargo van THIS IS THE VAN FOR YOU i am the owner of a security company for 12 years now i have had many cargo vans FORD CHEVY DODGE but nothing beats the style of a ford econoline but i have had quite a few of those over the years on 03 / 09 / 2020 i talked to a buddy of mine who owns a used car dealership and asked if he had had any ford transit connects on the lot and ofcourse he did but i didn't want new i wanted specifically USED and i found 3 that were 2010 fully restored fully detailed with a few nice customized touches but as i said long story short BUSINESS OWNER + FORD TRANSIT CONNECT = PERFECT COMBO happy hunting to all

Was looking for a possible vehicle and had a very good experience with Bill Morrisey at the dealership. Walked me through a number of different cars and due to my circumstances changing I decided not to buy a car at this time. But I would feel very comfortable using Harbro in the future.
