The car was exactly as advertised. I drove from SC to Atlanta to see the car. I had spoken to Dianne on the phone and she had the car ready to go. The whole transaction was effortless. After the test drive I was driving the vehicle home in 45 minutes. Enjoyed the experience.
Jim Ellis and his team did a awesome job, helping us get the vehicle and financing , they even made a special trip to out home to finish things up ! I greatly appreciated that ! Would recommend them to anyone !
From the minute we went into Hardy Superstore earlier this week we knew it was going to be a great experience. We had bought from Hardy previously, so we expected the best anyway. Worked with Pam this time and she did a super job. Found exactly what we wanted and got a good fair deal. Both Pam and Dan at hardy are a pleasure to work with.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

Well as a person who swore to never buy from a used car dealer and a no haggle dealer I decided to eat some crow and it was delicious. I did a lot of research on the car I wanted to buy and pricing. I wasn't getting prices I wanted in my area but I found a 2013 Ford Taurus at this dealer 3.5 hours away from my home. Price was good and after a few emails back and forth I decided it was worth the drive to see it. Even though my salesman (Josh) was a novice he did a very good job and I didn't feel pressured at all when I got there. I couldn't find the same car for a better price and they treated me very well. His manager (Eric) made sure everything was going well and the paper work was super quick. They even talked me into a basic warranty which I probably didn't need but it will make me fell better for the next 2 years. Josh just needs to learn a little more about the cars he is selling (I actually knew a lot more about it, but I am a car guy) and he will do well in this business. I did miss the haggling but I did get a nice key chain! WIN!!!! I love my car and I am glad I made the 7 hour journey. Thanks guys!
Found & purchased a beautiful 2007 Toyota Avalon (w/low mileage)from Auto Gallery Lawrenceville (found them on the internet). At the dealership, we received prompt & knowledgeable attention from Aaron, the salesperson, and Eric, the mgr, was available & responsive thru our visit. A problem with the trunk not opening was immediately identified as fuse related & was fixed on the spot. We came prepared to buy outright- so can't speak to the workings of their finance dept, but Britaini (of that dept) was professional and thorough in her interaction with us. Our mechanic will look over the car tomorrow, and we will post reviews with that info as well as 6 mos-1yr from now as we get to know our new vehicle. Thanks for a very nice car-buying afternoon!
