Fabulous service, and I'm hard to please!

I came to Lindsay Ford angry, not because of anything they'd done, but because my 2001 Ford Focus has been a nightmare of repair bills, and I've barely driven it (34,000 miles on the odometer; that is not a typo). I came into Lindsay because my left rear window fell down and would not go back up -- not the sort of repair you can really put off, so I decided to take it to my closest Ford dealership -- Lindsay Ford. What a wonderful team of service people! I'd particularly like to single out for praise Mr. John Devlin, whose candor,competence and kindness warmed my heart. They did the necessary repair work promptly and thoroughly, and the bill was priced fairly, too. So thank you, Lindsay Ford. I hope my Focus never, ever, ever needs servicing again, but who am I kidding? So I'll see you again, Lindsay Ford. But hopefully not too soon:)))
