Great cargo van - just what we were looking for to convert into a camping base camp for hiking and fishing excursions in our retirement.

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

Looking forward to the Ford experience. But so far I'm very happy with my new purchase. If I had to leave a review based on the test drive and the drive home, I love the way it handles.

They take great care of their customers here. I had an oil change and rotation that took a while to complete. At my next service appointment they covered everything free of charge and ran my truck through the car wash. They want their customers to be happy.

Frank helped me as well as the manager. They were both super friendly. I got a good deal and the car that I wanted. They have a good select, my first choice was sold but they had good back ups in their selection. They have so many cars to choose from.

I just want to say from start to finish, Auto Boutique made the whole car buying process so smooth. I had been having transmission issues in my older vehicle- my mechanic told me it was time to start looking for something newer. I was online searching and was pre-qualified with Capital One. Capital One is a lender that partners with Auto Boutique which I was super happy to see. I found the vehicle online that met my wants and needs but I wanted to see it in-person and test drive it. I called first thing in the morning when they opened up at 9 am. Adrianna answered and she was so kind to me over the phone. She checked to see if the vehicle was still available and it was so we scheduled a time to go and look at it. When we got to Auto Boutique, Frank was out salesman and helped unburry the vehicle from the snow and got it all ready for my husband and I to take turns driving it. They gave us 30 minutes to drive around and get a feel for the vehicle. When it was my turn to drive it, I knew I loved it... it was pulling to the right when we were test driving it but I mentioned it to Frank when we got back to the Dealership, and he wrote down a note for service needed on it. Fast forward, I was only at Auto Boutique for maybe 3 hours and I left with the vehicle I wanted. A couple of days afterwards, I received a text message asking when would be a good time to bring the vehicle back in for the service of alignment. I was so shocked they did that, I had originally planned on calling them on my next day off of work to get it scheduled in. I will also say, another representative at the Dealership brought over and gave my 5 year old son 2 new Hot Wheel cars, never been opened or played with before. My son was so excited! That was such a kind gesture. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we are very grateful. 😊

ON Aug. 21, 2023 I bought a 2023 Challenger R/T PLUS and traided in my 2018 Challneger R/T. The 2023 Challenger R/T plus I wanted had to be located. I told Teresa all I wanted in the car & I thought it would be quite a wile. Nope is was quicker then I thought. Teresa was very quick at locating what I was looking for, she came back with a few car options for me. I picked witch car I wanted and she was ontop of it. Within a couple days it was at the dealership ready to go. I was able to get the same sale price at the dealership and I got a fair price for my trade in. I even searched all over the internet for prices on my 2018 challenger to sell and performance was right there on the money. The whole process of getting the car i wanted and delivered to the dealership was flawless. Teresa has really looked out for me & got me in Both the Truck and car I wanted without any problems. 2 NEW vehicals in 20 days. Thanks to Teresa for making my Big shopping spree happen at the prices I was happy with. Since I bought 2 i should be able to leave 2 reviews. I live In NW Ohio and have had a lot of bad experiences over my life with the Ram/Dodge dealers in the area Expecialy at the Findlay Ram/Dodge dealer.
