We were from out of town and heading home with a 6 hr drive through the mountains at night when the check engine light came on. Not wanting to risk getting stranded in the middle of nowhere, we spent the night in Colorado Springs and was at Toyota of Colorado Springs when they opened. Jim Shipley explained that they were completely booked, but he could get an initial diagnostic to see if was something simple. Within 2 hours they had identified a broken sensor wire and a dead cell in the 12 volt battery and had my car fixed and I was on my way home with confidence. I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car

We just bought a used car from Mike Maroone and were very happy with the process. Then I called to make an oil change appt. for my other car-a 2008 Honda Odyssey, and I got an appt. the next day. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They put on my wiper blades that I had just bought in parts for free. Also fixed the direction of my windshield washer squirter. Did a check of the van and pointed out other things that needed attention.

My first new vehicle. I still use it as my spare and my son uses it too for work. It has 368,000 miles and I have only had to replace the alternator and the thermostat (cracked) plus, all the normal militance. It still runs smooth like it was new.

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

I have 2014 Ecoboost titanium, lots of recalls, going on 240 thousand miles on it ,routine maitainance ,but last wk turbo went out , so I must be one of the lucky ones hoping to hit the 300 mark

Update from JJ Newark NJ. Now have my blue 2011 Ford Fusion for almost 2 years. Best car 🚙 I have ever had . Just had issue with door handles because of a plastic part but mechanic says this is common on this car .Only thing I have serviced is transmission @55;000 miles and they reprogrammed it.As a result of that service car is definitely running much smoother. I change oil every 5000 miles and air filter s 10,000 mile intervals: Car now has 65,000 miles and runs brand new. Love ❤️ it. Thanks Ford for making a super automobile 🚙🇮🇪🍀🙏

I have to say as mom walking in with 2 small children, I was treated very kindly and the owner did not seemed bothered by my children being there with me at all. Took the car for a drive. Had it looked over by a mechanic, came back later with just my older rambunctious child, and again, Mountain View Motors never once seemed bothered by a child, being a child in their office. Everything went so smoothly and they were very respectful to me. There was no pushing to buy a different vehicle, they were very honest and had excellent customer service. 2014 Focus SE Hatchback bought in 2016 with 7500 miles. Its currently 2025 and 113k miles. The only repair issue was the TCM failure at 90k. I had to wait 3 weeks for the part to come in all the while unable to drive my only vehicle. Only other problem with this car is the heat shields have fallen loose and rattle. I have thought about replacing this car several times over the past 3 years. I've test driven many similar cars and haven't found any that drive much better. So I keep driving this car.

Reviewed in 2025. I bought this 2010 in 2013 and mileage is now almost 250k with only a few wear and tear issues AFTER 200k miles! (starter, master cylinder and TPMS sensors, all lasted much longer than they are predicted to last). I read several issues about acceleration, but this is a limited therefor it has a V6 and I never have issues with acceleration (0-60 in a little over 7 seconds). The backup camera is in the mirror which is small but I like that hidden feature... I also like the proximity sensor beeping. This SUV has been great for commuting or long trips, always reliable and fun to drive.

I purchased my Mitsubishi SUV 11 years ago. I believe it was by Scott. To date my SUV is still operating somewhat good. We negotiated on a price. Besides regular maintenance I have never had a issue with my transmission or engine. I am now looking to purchase another SUV. Let's hope I find something. I have referred somewhere between 8 to 10 friends.

Bought new in 2007 and still runs and looks like new. As reliable as they get..only needed routine maintenance for 16 years. It's a simple car without much that can go wrong. Handles great, reasonably peppy and good fuel mileage. Still love it after all these years..not interested in a new car!
