The buying experience was positive with no issues. I purchased a 2000 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am from Dillon’s Auto via the internet and telephone, the sales person was Mr. Billy Keck. I originally discovered the car on the Auto Trader’s Classic website and notified the dealer I was interested in buying the car via email and telephone. Mr. Keck contacted me the next day, providing me with a Facetime meeting to see and discuss the car. After deciding to buy the car Mr. Keck was very responsive answering any questions and arranging the paperwork for the purchase. The dealer provided a free CarFax report showing the car’s history and answered questions I had regarding the car’s previous owner. After finalizing the purchase, the dealer delivered to my home with no extra charge from Lincoln, NE to Colorado Springs, CO. The car arrived in excellent condition and was clean and detailed (kudo’s to Mr. Keck’s son who detailed the car!). In summary, a nice buying experience with no issues.

While buying my used car, I dealt with Kevin over the phone because I live out of state. The transaction was extremely smooth. Being for out of state, I asked questions about the car and he was extremely knowledgeable. He helped with the financing and arranged for shipping. We recently purchased a 2018 Transit 350, 12 passenger and I’m honestly sad we didn’t do it sooner. My husband and I have five children (all in car seats/boosters) and two large dogs, packing everyone into my Acadia for a road trip was stressful and no one had personal space. In the Transit the kids essentially have their own row of seating and we have so much cargo space! I can fit all groceries into the cargo area without laying seats down which is phenomenal. Getting everyone in and out of the Transit is much easier as the sliding door is huge. Keeping this vehicle clean is also surprisingly easy as you can see under every seat front to back. There are no plastic parts to hide garbage or a forgotten backpack until the weekly cleaning. Granted I was skeptical of just how great this would be as I’ve always driven an SUV and have zero desire to be a minivan mom. Driving it can also be intimidating at first but it seriously drives like an SUV. I am five foot tall and had no trouble navigating my way around town. However, I do recommend double parking in the further portion of the parking lot or you won’t be able to get everyone into the sliding door if the car beside you parks too close, only slight downside. If you have a big family you need to buy this van!

I bought mine new in 2016. 128k and deleted at 60k. The increase in power has been astronomical. Unrivaled power and reliability. 30 - 200 hp boost on a 5 position selector switch. It rides like a f-250 should. The more weight on it the smoother the ride. The heated/cooled seats are fantastic. I have 6 foot plus children and they have plenty of front and rear seat leg room. The power outlets are conveniently located and charge lap tops and phone quickly. The interior noise at highway speeds are imperceptible, the engine break assist is excellent when towing a trailer. Cruise control is the most economically way to drive. My milage is slightly better with the delete completion, maybe 2-4 mph depending on how fast it is being driven. Factory tires get better MPG than the Goodyear AT's but I found that the factory tires failure to have any appreciable traction a major problem and thus the change early in my ownership. Dry pavement with factory tires was excellent, however, I was unable to turn my truck with one snowmobile with a two place trailer on a mowed grass covered in 2 inches of snow. Once the tires were replaced with the AT's, no issue what so ever. My truck was ordered and never picked up and there for I got a decent deal at 63k new, 3 miles. I have the Lariat edition with tow option and plow options. I have ability for 5th wheel and gooseneck towing and in bed trailer plug. To say this truck is a beast is a gross understatement. I out perform all other brands of trucks which are similarly deleted, never been beaten. The program I run is the EZ LYNK Auto Agent II and the program is by SPE. It has a transmission tune unlike 99% of other tunes on the market. Totally recommend this if you want tons of more power and increases in MPG.

Pickup is quick. Looks amazing. Maintenance and maintenance cost is negligible. For my 40K mile service done at Ford dealer my bill was $0! You read the right. Charges well and works. Heated seats and heated steering wheel in MI weather is a blessing. I have it set where it heats up the cabin & conditions the battery on its own at my departure time everyday. It is also set up, where it doesnt charge at the time when my electric company charges a premium on electricity. No issues what so ever. I love the car.

My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. Nope - This car is too nice to part with…

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

I have been a 3500 furs max guy for over 10 years. This new F450 makes the 1 Ton Chevy feel like a toy. More power, across the board, more comfort, better handling and the turning radius is sick - I can bust U turns at will!!!
