He asked questions to determine exactly what the right vehicle was going to be for me, and stayed within my price range. What I love about him is that he isn???t a shmoozy salesman, trying to pressure you into anything. He just listened and did the research to find my dream car. He was available by his cell phone at all hours to answer any questions I had, and never once made me feel stupid. This is the kind of dealer you want to work with when buying a car. This car is great. Drives well, handles well, quiet cabin. 3 stars for interior design as I have the titanium trim level and am not a huge fan of the shiny plastic portion of the dash, would have liked it more matte.
Took my truck in, to have a cover put on the back. My appointment was for 2:00 pm to install cover. I left
the dealership at 4:30 pm. It took to long for them to install. I won't go back for any service.

I use this for a service business. The only issue I have is that maybe they could make a more comfortable seat. I drive several hours sometimes could really use some extra comfort there. Other than that I could not be happier with this van. Handles great maneuvers great easy to drive.
I bought my Honda Accord from Jeremy 5 years ago. I got a new phone about 6months ago and it has been nothing but trouble as far as staying connected with the car. Jeremy has helped fix this problem multiple times and never seems to be bothered when I show up for help. He greets us with a smile goes right to work usually has us back up and running in about 2 min. Jeremy is patient, kind and professional and that is why we will continue to do business with Cawood!

This truck met all of my needs. It has plenty of room in the front and it still rides great. It has a newer installed Bluetooth stereo that includes a USB port and CD player. There are also two power outlets capable that can be switched on and off. Equipped with the all-powerful 4.6L Triton V8 engine.
My salesperson, Tina Smart, was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. In addition, Dan and Paul in the service department were very helpful. I’ve been a Cawood customer for many years and intentionally bought my car from them because of their staff and customer service.

This truck is perfect. On the outside, it’s sleek and good looking, and it drives great, with better brakes and acceleration than my last car which was a minivan. The inside of this truck is everything I want, it has nice features like a touch screen that’s easy to navigate, but also an array of buttons so you aren’t stuck relying on a less responsive screen. The seats are large and comfortable and the interior is enormous.
Have always dealt with Chrysler dealership in St Clair. Showroom is top notch and employees couldn’t be more helpful.

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
It was easy working with my salesman and service contact. Both are no longer there. Recent service was with a different CSR and went well. My son recently wanted to pay for a future oil change etc for me and while the dealership finanally wotked it out; having gift cards available would have been most convenient.

I paid 1 dollar for this lariat from someone i worked for and probably the worst investment i have made. I have put 5000 into it and will have to put another 2-3 thousand more to get it to be a decadent vehicle. Still would not trust towing anything with it. Had to replace trans twice in a year and a half. 3ed gear drum is to weak

My recently acquired Ford Edge Limited is to say the least a Very Nice product. I’ve owned 16 Ford vehicles from cars to 4x4 trucks and Broncos I’ve loved em all but on this day in my life the Edge does it!
It’s got so many luxury features that I am still discovering them, so many great ones are safety oriented. I looked for and found the 3.5 liter engine and could not be more pleased. Put it in sport mode and she goes. With 20” Scorpion tires handling is excellent for a vehicle with a higher profile, I just came out of a BMW 328i that was on 18x245 Michelin pilot sport tires so I am paying attention! The right engine/trans package is always important. If you get what you want in this vehicle It is worth the money!
To me it is best described as a somewhat tamed sports car with better visibility, the low center of gravity will have you looking for the sweet spot in that on ramp as you switch to sport mode and just move!!

The escape was a good addition. It a comfortable car and it the first time for keyless and a remote start. It’s a very reliable car and good in bad weather.
My 2006 Mustang received a recall on the Takata air bags that dated back to fall of 2015. Thru no fault of Imalay city Ford , the recall was finally finished in August of 2018.. I C Ford has always given great service ,I will continue using than for all my needs .

Plenty of leg room. Lots of bins/cup holders. Reliable. The only problem I ever had was sloppy liftgate shocks as the vehicle got older. Nominal cost to replace. Held it's own in a T Bone collision with a large vehicle.
