Engine light came on and I needed an oil change. Service representative called and asked if I needed my car today or if they could keep it till the next morning. They wanted a master mechanic to check it out. I got a call the next morning, my car was ready. Great service!

I have owned products for over 40 years, and this is the best vehicle that I had purchased! It rides smooth, excellent gas mileage, and a lot of room.

I called the service department to get an oil change as soon as they could get me in. They had me bring our Jeep in within the hour and had it back within an hour so I could get to work on time. Thank you all for helping us out and making sure I got to work on time.

I had a recall on my car that was quite the pain. Marie nelson went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of while my car was being repaired. The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

My husband and I have purchased all of our vehicles and motorcycles at TNT Auto with the exception of one. With more than one location made it easy. If they didn't have what we wanted, they would find it. Everyone that works at TNT are pleasant and down to earth. They do everything to work with you to find that vehicle and very helpful when it comes to financing and making sure vehicles do not leave the lot with any major issues. Safety is a big part of their business. When it comes to trade-ins, they are very fair. All the dealers have a wonderful personality and make you feel comfortable, not to mention they are up front and don't hide anything. Honesty with this dealership has always been great and gets us in just to say hello. They make you feel welcome. They do check back and make sure that you are happy with what you bought and if you have any problems. They take that extra step to make you feel good about them. I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

Very clean and comfortable facilities for customers to use while our GMC Terrain was serviced. Service rep was very helpful.

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

This is my 3rd Escape beginning with a 2014 to this 2025. Th Escape handles well, acceleration is awesome. This is definitely a car I would take a long road trip with.

The first time we stopped at Kokomo Auto World we had not yet decided what vehicle we wanted. Andrew Bedwell answered all our questions and provided us with information to help in our decision. At no time did we feel pressured into making a quick decision. After deciding on the vehicle we wanted he and other employees made the purchase go quickly, and we were not pressured to buy other products or services. We have been very please with our purchase and would definitely purchase a car from them in the future. We would feel comfortable in recommending Kokomo Auto World to friends and family.

I recently traded in my 2015 F150 platinum after owning for 8 years. I bought used with 42k miles on it with the 3.5 ecoboost. I loved the comfort of driving and the style of it. Couldn’t have been a better experience driving it on all the long trips. Unfortunately I settled with the engine instead of waiting for a 5.0 to be available. The problems started with 2 weeks of buying the sunroof broke then at 60k miles with the transmission dying. Turbo lines were leaking fluid costing $4k to fix. Back window track falling on to my daughter’s car seat. Head gasket seal replaced at 100k miles. TPMS failed and never replaced them for $700. Air conditioner had issues here and there after so long Max A/C was like normal fan on high. Other miscellaneous sensors were replaced. Overall I had $26k in service repairs. Thank goodness I had an extended warranty or it would’ve been gone a long time ago. Sadly I got to 150k miles and the sunroof broke again after minimal usage throughout the years. With out a warranty anymore I couldn’t go down this road again.

Bronco Sport had a much more sporty feel then all the car-like SUVs I drove. I like the different drive modes, match between transmission and turbo engine, taughtness of steering, abundance of features/ease of use on Big Bend model, solid suspension. This vehicle will hold up much better than the other SUV’s I drove in tough driving conditions. I guess I’m open to Ford as a car manufacture going forward.

We had to have our air condition fixed in our 2018 Ford Explorer recently. The staff at Tipton Ford were so kind and informative. They found the root of the problem, ordered the parts which came right away, and since we are a one car family gave us a ride home and picked us up when our explorer was finished! 2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

I have had this car for about two years, the V8 version. It is one of the best cars I've ever had. It has tons of space and is really reliable I wouldn't hesitate taking it anywhere. Haven't had to do anything major only routine oil changes and such. The explorer won't be the best on gas but if you're looking for something dependable this one is it.
