Drove to Charlotte from Winston-Salem to look at a used Ford Escape that I ended up purchasing. Sales was informative but not pushy, which is always a plus.

Bought a 4 runner. Agreed on a price went to pick up Luz went up $1000. After discussion with Chance he dropped it back to the price we were told. We knew front lower bumper was gone and it needed new tires before buying. I feel like Liz tried to pull a fast one but I was prepared to leave without it. It had been for sale over a year so I figured the extra $1000 would be taken off. All in all we are happy with the purchase. I did wait until I got the title today in the mail before I wrote the review.

I bought this truck to pull a fifth wheel. Did magnificently, diesel power and I hardly knew anything was behind me. The mirrors I love. The Back-up Camera not helpful in a fifth wheel situation. The truck setup High handled well pulling the 30 foot camper without a glitch. The comfortable the ride front and back, awesome for travelers. I added the spray in and the tonneau cover prior to install of my hitch.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

The best purchase so far. It meets and exceeds all I need it to do. The only issues I have had is the APIM and starter having to be replaced. But Ford replaced them under warranty.

Staff was SUPER attentive and helpful. Was looking into a purchasing a used car, sadly they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. BUT they helped me and gave me so much information and assistance in narrowing down what I was looking for and aiding me in my car search. Incredibly understanding and still helpful even when I didn’t end up purchasing from them. 2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

Amazing The experience was great from the first phone call to me driving my 68 RS Camaro off the lot. I flew in from Alaska and these guys picked me up at the hotel. I got my crew cab 2019 F250 XLT with the 6.2L for 37k in 2020 with 22k miles on it. I’ve put 25k miles on it in two years and It’s been ok, the cab is very spacious, first thing people say when they open the back doors is “this thing is a limo!” And trust me it’s the best thing for moving. I love the fold up backseats, it’s just that much more cargo space. Mine also has the pop up organizer under the seat which is perfect for grocery shopping, and keeping tools from rolling around. She’s pretty quick for her size too which I enjoy, I’ve had no running issues yet but honestly I’m not impressed with its Towing capabilities. I had my older 7200lb superduty on a trailer and the 2019 seemed to have a hard time figuring out what gear it wanted to be in even with tow mode on while doing 30-40mph. Between that, the heat shield breaking drive shafts recall, and the death wobble I’m sad to say I’m a bit scared of how reliable this thing will be in the long term. I have mine on the list for a new steering dampener to fix it’s death wobble but parts are back ordered “could be 2 weeks or 6 months” the dealership told me. Luckily Ford will cover it cuz it’s a widespread known issue tho. I love the ride and the space, but the mpg is killing me at 15mpg when my 2000 f250 also gets 12-15! 19 years of improvements for the same fuel mileage? Kind of pathetic! My 2000 is just a better truck even with the smaller 5.4L. when it comes to hauling, towing and yanking trees out of the ground the old girl takes the cake!

Couldn't be more pleased, Brandon the sales manager actually took care of us from start to finish. There was no hi pressure sales, no back and forth and no games. It honestly was relieving. He helped me with financing and had me out the door in less than one hour. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend.

I own a beautiful Blue Jean color F 250. The truck rides nice and gives a commanding view of the road. It’s reliable and quiet. The only issue I have is a malfunctioning door lock. It stopped working within 2 years of use. My dealership was not very helpful or caring. That’s is a downer. But I love my truck.

Purchased the platinum with Fox/BDS 4” coil over front w/ upgraded arms and dual sterling stabilizers on 37’s. Dream truck, tons of power and comfort. Has been in the shop for 4 months with 7 electrical failures. Great truck when it runs.

Best truck/car I have ever owned. Tons of power with the 6.7 power stroke and all the bells and whistles I need with the fx4 king ranch trim. The price was no where near what this shows though. It was 87k +TTL

I am SO HAPPY with my new Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid! My car is one of the branded title cars that Capital Ford offers. It had a SLIGHT problem that was corrected by a Ford technician before it reached Capital. It runs PERFECTLY now. I basically got a brand new beautiful car with a GIANT discount! When I was shopping, I contacted this dealership a couple of times regarding another branded Escape Hybrid. After some short conversations and emails, I had booked my one-way flight. My experience with Chris Hess (Capital Ford's internet sales manager) and the entire staff at Capital was nothing more than professional and polite. I booked a hotel and spent about a day and a half because I flew in from MD. So a few of the managers stopped to speak with me. After I decided on the Titanium Hybrid instead of the SE I was looking at Capital had me on the road by about 2pm. They treated me wonderfully, it is very likely Capital Ford will be our go to for the next vehicle purchase we make! Great job everyone, I am really pleased! This car is one of the nicest I have ever owned!

Mine is an F250 Lariat (+Lariat value package) Diesel 4x2 ordered in August 2019 and picked up in Oct 2019 and currently has just over 29,000 miles. Mileage is ~19 MPG @ 70MPH not towing and with a Roll n Lock bed cover. I read these other reviews and am somewhat stunned by all the recall complaints. I had one: for wiring under the driver’s seat. Maybe it was the 4x4 models or those with all the super-duper interior gadgets causing the recalls. Other than two cracked front mud flaps, I’ve had nothing go wrong and really do enjoy the truck. No complaints on the ride - it’s a dang super duty truck so I do not expect it to ride like a sedan. What I really like: the exterior mirrors - they nailed it for fantastic coverage. B&O sound system is great, the quiet ride is surprising, retractable step on tailgate, it’s nice having three memory settings (part of option package), great that it still has knobs for volume, radio tuning, temperature etc, dashboard information is customizable, fit and finish is really quite good. The engine, what’s not to like other than diesel being really expensive right now. I also like the Ford app allowing me to see where the vehicle is located, start it, lock it, and a number of other bits of info as well. What I dislike: Mostly it’s how the controls are designed…Cruise control controls - very outdated in this model but might be better on newer models. Headlights (reg, not LED) are just OK, but the brights really do not do much. Generally dislike all the left hand controls: dash lighting stinks-you have to find/look at it and then hold a button to increase or a separate button to decrease - rotary or rocker style control is much easier and does not require eyes off the road to use. The exterior mirror adjustment control has the typical pad to adjust the mirror itself, but each mirror has a non-descript selector button to activate/arm the adjustment for that side vs a simple and tactile distinct slide to ‘arm’ the side for adjustment. You have to do this each time because once you ‘arm’ a side, it goes inactive after a bit so if you are one needing to fiddle with the driver mirror a lot, you’ll have to activate it each time. Again, you kind of have to look at it to begin the adjustment sequence.

This F 250 the most powerful diesel I have ever driven, and I have driven a new diesel every two years since 1999. The truck is a platinum which has all the lastest features and very comfortable. the performance is incredible with great fuel milage on the highway.

This truck is the best I have ever had. Ride is firm and stable. Steering is very positive. Mirrors and perimeter views are outstanding. Very comfortable. Not winter yet so I haven't tried all the features and accessories.

Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

We went by to look at one car but it was out for repairs. Our second choice was available so we took it for a test drive. We were so pleased with the salesman, Amir, who was so calm, helpful, and honest with us about our car options. We thanked him for facilitating such a chill car buying experience.

So far this has been an excellent truck,it is a King Ranch with the 6.2 gas and 6 speed transmission. I love everything about this truck except for the fuel mileage, but you don't buy a truck like this for the fuel mileage.

This truck meet all the wants and needs we wanted in our vehicle. The only thing is I wish they still made the beds smaller like the 2012 have. Otherwise, it is amazing. Good get up and go and smooth ride.
