I recently purchased a F150 from this dealership. I set an appointment online and was greeted with a good experience, very helpful, and friendly.

I was wanting to downsize from a F150 super crew because of garage space and I needed something easier to get in and out of. The Maverick fills both needs very nicely and gets lots better fuel economy. So far I am very happy with my decision.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

Dealership was well run with adequate inventory. Sale was smooth and seamless. Purchase time beat other dealerships.

My favorate vehicle i have ever owned. Dont pay attention to unfounded comments by EV haters. If you use your vehicle mainly in a 250 mile radius this truck is perfect. I charge at home once a week. If you typically take long trips, it may not be for you. Front truck is invaluable. I have 11000 miles, and have saved close to $2000 already over a F150 ICE version.

I visited recently some Acura Dealers in North Carolina and in Virginia since I had my Acura RDX for sale. My Acura RDX is in the outstanding condition. I did not receive any recall notices at all. I am currently having problems with some of the items in recalls and have already paid for two of them (over $ 1300). Will Ford reimburse me?

I came in looking for f-150s, specifically one that could haul my horses/trailer. I was met with an extremely knowledgeable staff who walked me through the whole process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The entire shopping experience was done on an ipad, so we built the deal together. Will totally come back even though I am a 2hr drive away.

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

I had a very positive experience working with Richmond Ford West and, specifically, Derrick Pulliam in the purchase of my Ford Bronco Sport. I wasn't intending to purchase a used vehicle, but 2023 orders are so delayed in their production that I decided to look for a used one with low mileage. This dealership is a couple hours from my home, and it was fantastic being able to negotiate a deal entirely via email, when a lot of other dealerships only wanted to entertain in-person conversations. In a single day, I had the price agreed to and financing in place with only two, brief phone calls required to complete the financing portion. Upon picking up the vehicle, Derrick went over all the features and ensured the paperwork was ready to go. Given the car is certified pre-owned, I noticed about 10 minutes into driving it home that there was a small crack in the windshield. I called Derrick and he had me send a photo, agreed I could get it repaired local to my home, and mailed a check to reimburse me. I also discovered that the rooftop antenna was missing to which Derrick was very responsive and worked to ensure that I would be reimbursed for the purchase of a new one. Derrick was always responsive and courteous in his efforts to resolve these small issues, even after the deal was completed. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership to others, and I intend to consider it for my future purchases, even though it isn't the most convenient location to my home. It's getting harder to find pleasant and attentive customer service, and I found it well worth my trip.

I bought this car brand new for $15,800 and this has been an absolutely great car now !06,000 miles and it still runs great. Only a couple of repairs. during that time. I have gone across the country several times.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

We stopped by the dealership today to look at the 2024 Explorer. Gilman was the first person that approached us and showed us several new vehicles. He was very professional and knowledgeable with us. I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2022 Outer Banks SAS screen freezes/Reboots constantly and it seems the car play stops working not sure if this is happening a lot I do know this is a frustrating experience

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

I bought this truck in 2023 after an accident took my 2022 Maverick. First truck was great and this one was no different. It’s now almost December 2025 and I have 45,000 miles on it. It drives great gets 30 miles to the gallon every time with the 2 L turbo engine. I changed the oil every 4000 miles had the transmission serviced at 35,000 I’m hoping that will help with the longevity.

This truck is bulletproof. Good ride, good handling more than adequate power, on the noisy side. A great vehicle for work or general driving. Thumbs up

First time I went in, was just looking to see what was on the lot and was greeted, and after that, not another contact with anyone. When I came back to test drive a few vehicles, got a great sales guy. Overall selection of vehicles is quite nice, and most of the vehicles are almost new to very good condition. Though Carmax likes to display the image they sell cars that have or haven't had any issues, you'll find you'll need to look closer. Most are bought at auction after coming off lease or from being a fleet vehicle. Which is a good thing, as you the regular maintenance was done on them and often the vehicles have original warranties still in effect depending on what vehicle you are looking for and what year. The sales guy was low pressure, and when I came in the next day to buy, I was given another one since he was completing a sale on another customer. Wasn't an issue, as he or the guy that took over were truly "car" guys. The liked cars, had sales experience, but weren't "car" guys. The experience was good overall, but the highlight was completing the deal. Paperwork was done quickly (I had preapproval from my credit union with EFT) and finished the paperwork in about twenty minutes. Amazing, got the vehicle at just an average price, but go the mileage I wanted, with original warranty and extended warranty at the price I was willing to pay. SO overall, win for me, and though I was never a Carmax fan (still rubs me the wrong way their colors are almost best buy colors when their parent company was circuit city....). But I will say my mind was changed.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2017 Ford Explorer. I love my car. It runs great but I have had battery problem and trim has blown off my car on freeway. Have not had a lot of problems with it.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.
