The staff always goes above and beyond. This is my second vehicle purchase and love being a part of the Premier family. My salesman Blake was very patient and showed me all the options to help make my decision. Danny is just the best manager and Fidela in finance was great at explaining everything and it didn???t take long at all. I highly recommend!
Most Powerful Truck I've Ever Owned

I have never driven a truck with as much power as the 6.7L Ford Diesel. If you need a truck for pulling weight, the diesel engine is what you want. The torque is outstanding and will impress you. I have owned the F-150 ecoboost gas engine and while that does have more pulling power than a V8 gas engine at Ford, this 6.7L diesel that Ford designed will make the F-150 look like a toy. If I could afford a diesel truck payment, I would have kept that truck until I put 400,000 miles on it and they WILL last that long. My father worked with a fleet of 10 trucks, all 6.7L diesels and one has 450,000 miles on it without engine or transmission repair. STRONG truck.
Lots of room for anything. Interiors are comfortable and clean. The v8 has ton of power and it sounds like a dream. Not bad on gas considering it’s a big truck. Can tow just about anything, and comfy enough to put my two toddlers in it every day.
I came to Premier with no preconceived expectations. My day after I got to Livingston was a great day. Not necessarily because I found and bought the truck I wanted at a great price, but because the people I worked with wanted to work with me and they wanted to sell me a truck. They truly showed interest in me and seem to be glad I was there. This is the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Would I recommend it? I live in Plano Tx, absolutely, and already have.

This car is great. Drives well, handles well, quiet cabin. 3 stars for interior design as I have the titanium trim level and am not a huge fan of the shiny plastic portion of the dash, would have liked it more matte.
Salesman was amazing. Finance lady was great. Got the perfect car and would return again. Not pushy and listened to my needs. Started out speaking to Chelsea in internet sales and she was amazing.
Worst vehicle ever

Just one year old. Battery died(YES everything was off). You cannot get the the door locks to unlock the back seat door(where my jump box is). Thought I would use a solar panel designed to keep batteries charged. Truck is run for 8 days then sits for 6. Guess what some "engineer" designed the truck so none of the aux power outlets work when the truck is turned off(great idea (sic)). The cruse control is a pain in the rear to operate(steering wheel controls are NOT user friendly). If you program a "My Key" you cannot modify without the master key. You do not teed it to program(STUPID). The hands free almost never works( voice comes on and says"you have an incoming call press 1 to answer" NOT hands free. Who designs a 4X4 truck with manual hubs in this day and age, but has an electric lock on the tailgate. I you want to use the front center cup holders with the center jump seat down, you have to remove the headrest from the center console then try to find someplace to store it, I recommend the trash. Took a rock in the windshield when the truck was 4 months old, The new windshield would not seal. After the company replaced twice, it was determined that the windshield opening was not the correct shape, it took tripling the sealant to get the windshield to seal. In the 70's I was a diehard Ford fan but now they are garbage. I would not recommend Ford to my worst enemy.
The sales lady was kristy and she was great and really knew what she was talking about. She was prompt. Great dealership for a small town, certainly better than the other one we have here. The selection of vehicles were limited, but we did find the vehicle that fit us. Financing was great and prompt. However detail and vehicle prep was slower than normal and not as great as the rest of the crew. Overall, good experience and would visit again.
Bought new. Worst truck I’ve owned

So many issues; where should I start’ For the first 6 months the ford sync system was down constantly. This would meant no heat! Engine light went on at 30k. That means no remote starter. This happened so many times I lost count. Seems to have every sensor which cost more on repairs but the low washer fluid sensor they forgot. Message would come on that the truck is shutting down in 30 seconds. Do you know what that means when your in left lane pulling an 8 ton trailer’ How ford could do that is beyond me. That happened 7 times in 2 years. Washer fluid lines had to be replaced 3 times I the five years I owned it.
A great family sized SUV, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have gotten several compliments in the last week. The power running boards are an added bonus. Overall this is a sweet alternative to the Yukon’s & Tahoe’s out there.
very friendly sales staff, loved working with Jody to purchase my 2nd vehicle through Martin Jeep Ram, great place to buy from

Haven't had this vehicle for that long so really can't attest to it's reliability or overall value, but so far so good. I am very impressed with it's power towing a 22' boat, fully loaded with gear & passengers, & AC blasting in 97* heat going uphill!! Lots of space & pretty comfortable. I'd always like more cup holders, outlets, & better gas mileage- but this Expedition EL hasn't left me with ANY regrets. Definitely recommend/deserves a serious look at.
Quick service. Courteous staff. Close location. Good not to have to drive to a far location and wait long periods of time. Always a plus.
Functional luxury and performance too!

My recently acquired Ford Edge Limited is to say the least a Very Nice product. I’ve owned 16 Ford vehicles from cars to 4x4 trucks and Broncos I’ve loved em all but on this day in my life the Edge does it!
It’s got so many luxury features that I am still discovering them, so many great ones are safety oriented. I looked for and found the 3.5 liter engine and could not be more pleased. Put it in sport mode and she goes. With 20” Scorpion tires handling is excellent for a vehicle with a higher profile, I just came out of a BMW 328i that was on 18x245 Michelin pilot sport tires so I am paying attention! The right engine/trans package is always important. If you get what you want in this vehicle It is worth the money!
To me it is best described as a somewhat tamed sports car with better visibility, the low center of gravity will have you looking for the sweet spot in that on ramp as you switch to sport mode and just move!!
Truck is a Max Tow, ecoboost, that has exceptional pulling power. It's anti-sway capability is impressive. if the trailer gets caught it a side wind etc the anti-sway will cut the trucks throttle and engage the trailer brakes, which puts the trailer right back behind you.
The only issue that has come up is the inter-cooler for the engine oil is located in a position such that it is easy to overheat the turbos which does cause them to fail. Later models seemed to have corrected this problem.
Thomas Church was our salesman. Thomas is knowledgeable about Ram 1500s. He showed us the Limited and Laramie versions of the 1500, and answered all of our questions.
Excellent styling and comfort on Lariat model.

Heavy duty truck ride is moderately bumpy but highway travel is smooth. 6.2l motor is adequate power for towing vs 6.7l diesel, if you don't want the additional maintenance costs associated with the diesel engine. The upgraded Lariat package is worth it for the seat comfort, heated and cooled as well, and all additional appearance/comfort features. Handles very well for a large truck and the mpg is actually better than my previously owned F150 ecoboost. The safety rating was definitely a plus for purchasing this truck. Love this truck, would only trade it for a new one!
This is the perfect truck for me. I have a 2014 STX Sport. it looks good, has a nice big V8 with plenty of power and the interior room is amazing. I fit 6-guys in the cab with 8 golf bags in the back on a golf trip. Ford did well making the 2014 F-150.
I was beyond impressed by the understanding and perception that lead me to driving out in the exact vehicle specs I had told them I wanted in my new vehicle even before I went to the dealership to look at my future vehicle in actual person!! I was treated with the utmost respect and I felt as though they had no hurdle that couldn???t be over came!! I was and still am impressed by their level of devotion I observed in a class A professional team and staff !!

So far so good. A few issues with some warning lights but I have them all off except the airbag light. Just came on randomly.
