I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Bronco from Bates Ford, and I can?t say enough about how great the experience was with Scott Dickens. From the very start, Scott exceeded them. Unlike another Ford dealership I visited in Clarksville, Scott greeted my wife and me warmly and genuinely. He immediately grabbed the keys for multiple Bronco trims and colors I was interested in, making sure we could take our time and see exactly what fit our needs. As someone who?s been in sales, I appreciated how he asked all the right questions?focused on ensuring we got what we truly wanted while still moving the process forward efficiently. We ultimately landed on a black Bronco that had just arrived on the lot and hadn?t even been PDI?d yet. Scott apologized that it wasn?t cleaned up yet, but that didn?t bother us at all?it showed how new the vehicle really was. In fact, Scott?s first impression was so strong that while he was grabbing the keys, my wife said, ?We?re buying from Scott today.? We bought our expedition in 2022 used with 23k miles. Got the cam phasers replaced right away under warranty. Other than that the only thing needing work was the front axle seal. Replaced under warranty as well. Overall an excellent vehicle. We occasionally get a weird or harsh shift but that happens maybe once a month and doesn’t cause any drivability issues. Lastly, I had to unplug the hands free power liftgate sensor as it had a tendency to close on you while you were loading groceries. Not a big deal to do without imo. The versatility of the interior is top notch if you have multiple kids in car seats. The cargo area is huge on the max. The base stereo could be better but it’s not bad. Comfy on long roadtrips. We have the max tow package and tow our 6500lb boat all summer and it handles it with ease. We average about 16 mpg but we don’t drive it gently. We checked out the suburban before we bought this and I wasn’t a fan of the seat versatility or lack there-of and the very high rear cargo floor.

We had a great experience with Bates Ford and Mr. Scott Dickens. We plant to return to purchase a vehicle for my wife and I look forward to using their service department for my new truck.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

Always able to squeeze in an oil change and welcomed by name. Waiting area always stocked with goodies and quiet.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

I bought my car brand new. I have had no issues with! I have kept up with maintenance! But I am at the age that I don’t like to drive anymore.

I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto.
