My family and I are loving our new bronco. I had the great experience at our ford dealership. Overall our bronco car is amazing and awesome.

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

This vehicle has been awesome from the day I first started driving it. Great on gas, engine is very responsive and reliable. A/C is very cold and the starts so nicely every time. The engine has all the power you would ever need. This one is a 2.0 Turbo. I have kept this car serviced regularly and it has performed flawlessly.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

We've dealt with Mike Estep for all of our 4 trucks. Being a long time customer of his says a lot about his caring attitude and his character.We enjoy working with Mike every 3 years... we lease our trucks that pull our 5th wheel camper. We know that we can rely on him to find what we need. Mike is personable and straightforward. He gets the job done and does it very well. We'll see him again when it's time for truck number 5.

I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Just bough a vehicle from the dealership, through Sales Manager Chris Scott. Overall, the experience was great. I needed some time to check out and drive various models before I settled on one, and Chris helped me every step of the way. There was no pressure to buy everything I drove, and once I found the one I wanted to buy, the rest of the process was very smooth. Overall, I'd recommend the dealership to anyone with interest in the types of vehicles they sell. As far as the car, I've only had it for 1 day, so I will update this review if there are any issues down the line. Chris assured me that their inspection process was very comprehensive, and that my original manufacturer's warranty would be very much intact. If that holds true, this dealership will have my business for life.

The Ford Fusion was a modest priced sedan, low maintenance, great mileage and the hybrids are so smooth compared to all the other brands. I've own 6 of them since 2010. When Ford stopped making the Fusion after 2020 and decided to give away their sedan line, the copy cat models of Hyundai and Toyota both increased sales in the 20% range. Gas, oil and little electricity for the plug-in and these near maintenance free cars just go and go. I've put as much as 165,000 on them without issue.

This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

We even test drove the EV6 Wind AWD and it is just as amazing as the GT and the Wind gets a little more mileage per charge - but we wanted the 576HP from the GT! Been a fun car to drive. Handles well and love the technology in this vehicle. Front, back and overhead camera angles. High end car stereo. Display is like eye candy.

I bought a used vehicle this week and dealt with Andrew and Bryce. Excellent customer service and I was surprised at how fast the process went. Every employee there was courteous and very friendly. The car was cleaned and spotless. I also received timely responses from my phone calls and texts after the purchase. The dealership was very clean. I noticed that there were a lot of stalls in the maintenance shop indicating that they can accommodate many vehicles for service or repairs. Overall it was a very good experience.

This truck is bulletproof. Good ride, good handling more than adequate power, on the noisy side. A great vehicle for work or general driving. Thumbs up

After the service , noticed some issues they could have taken care of . Didn?t get a 100 step look over report like the last dozen times.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

Purchased new July 5, 2024 now have approx 16,000 miles recently took a trip that was total 4,000 miles. Wife states as the most comfortable vehicle she’s ever had especially on this long trip pulling a 6x12 enclosed motorcycle trailer from Chicago to Scottsdale, AZ. Nimble handling even in the mountains and plenty of power! 5 Stars Ford!!

2024 F250 Lariat Diesel HO is a luxury truck with all of the amenities and safety features that one could want. It handles great, has a much improved turning radius and a very comfortable ride.

I bought this truck in 2023 after an accident took my 2022 Maverick. First truck was great and this one was no different. It’s now almost December 2025 and I have 45,000 miles on it. It drives great gets 30 miles to the gallon every time with the 2 L turbo engine. I changed the oil every 4000 miles had the transmission serviced at 35,000 I’m hoping that will help with the longevity.

I could not be more satisfied. Jeff Ashbrook was an incredible salesman, so honest and professional. Everything that we talked about on the phone was 100 percent what happened when we arrived. If you plan on buying a ford edge from 2017, or anywhere between 2015-18, I implore you to make sure that you buy a used one. Why, because if it has over 100k miles on it, there's a good chance it had a good gen 1 engine in it or already had the cracked gen 1 engine in it replaced with a new gen 2 engine in it that won't crack anytime soon. This is a known problem with the ford edges and other models that come with that specific first generation model inline 4-cylinder between the 80k-100k miles marker, Ford knows about it and a recall should be issued but they won't be doing that anytime soon. So, if you by a ford edge with under 60k miles on it like I did, immediately purchase the 50k miles powertrain warranty at designated ford dealer, and if the car is a CPO get the 100k miles warranty no matter what the miles on it currently are, you no idea if the engine you got is going to crack, so make sure you get the warranty plan that will cover replacing the engine and anything else that goes wrong with the needed number of miles to cover the 80k-100k miles marker; my edge almost made it to 100k miles before it cracked. And because the new engine put so much back pressure on the old transmission, the engine killed the transmission, so I got that replaced too! $205 deductible later, and I essentially got an entire new car, I'll drive the thing till the wheels fall off at this point.
