The last time I bought a car was back in 1997, so when I finally decided to give up that vehicle, I started online. I had no idea that, when I would look at the websites of car dealerships, someone would call me within 5 minutes. When I was looking at the Prescott Brothers of Rochelle website, the phone rang. I just waited for a message on voicemail because I was not sure I wanted to talk to anyone yet. After a few minutes of chatting with my boyfriend Glenn, I decided to give Rob Jasper a call back to talk about test driving a Ford Edge. Like I said, I only planned on test driving the car.
I ended up buying the car because I totally enjoyed it, and Rob made the whole process go smoothly. I even had some uneasy thoughts about what I was getting myself into and he was always patient and understanding. Everybody there treated me with great respect so I would highly recommend anyone to shop for a car at the Prescott Brothers dealerships.
I have only two fails on this. !) Due to past issues in my life with ex-cons targeting me (once being rammed in my son's car at Taylor and Sev, I had asked that my car be kept in overnight until I picked it up first in the morning. It was outside in the open with frost when I arrived. (I was in my son's car when on of them rammed us, and my wife also attacked in the grocery store by one, I am a bit cautions. 2) I had asked for the old parts to be returned. The manifold and other parts were not. I was unable to call back that day as I was called into work early and had to get to sleep (midnight shift). Otherwise, the work seems to be excellent quality so far.
Johnny Garner was the salesman who helped me with the purchase of my used truck last month. Johnny provided the type of customer service that is hard to find nowadays. Keep up the good work Johnny and we will be back to see you in the future!

I was suspicious of the battery when the car was completely dead, and charging and jumping didn't help, but wasn't sure if something else in the electrical system might be involved. I had the car towed to Manley's Wednesday afternoon, they had a maintenance slot open on Friday afternoon, but the service department called at 9:00 Thursday morning and said it was done! Now that's great service! Thanks so much!
I would recommend Pat to anyone looking to purchase a car. He is a really genuine guy that actually cares about you and the process. He takes his time in making sure that all of your needs are met and is patient and friendly. Again, I would highly recommend working with Pat.
First time buying a car, shopping for my second car and was very nervous. There was no need however, as everything about my experience was fantastic. The salesman was polite, professional and friendly, same with the manager and district manager. Very down to Earth people that happened to know quite a few of the same people that I went to school with. The test drive was painless and smooth as was the paperwork and and loan process. They walked me through everything, explaining every detail and answering every question I had. Very satisfied with my time shopping.
Jose Malanardo and Tony Milus were helpful, respectful, and a pleasure to do business with. If you hate the mind games, insulting trade-in offers and long hours in the dealership...go to Mendota Ford! I drove an hour to get there from Plainfield and it was WORTH it!!
Ask for Jason Hince! He gave us the best buying experience we have ever had! I am truly grateful for the additional time and effort he spent with Cody and I. Also, I really appreciate that he is not a clock watcher, and stayed over 2 hours past closing time to answer all of our questions, sync my phone to the car, go over all the features offered on the touch monitor, and make sure that I know how to operate and control not only the vehicle but all of the neat extras the vehicle came equipped with! Also, thank you Tony Milus. They both made us feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire experience. I felt like their best friend, not a pressured customer. We drove over an hour to check out their car lot, and it was well worth it!!!
Tony Milus is definetly the salesman you will want to help you get the deal done. Tony is prompt on returning all correspondence leading up to the test drive, super honest. A man of true integrity! The 2016 Ford F150 purchased is one sweet ride!! This vehicle is a factory sale vehicle: very clean, super low miles, and beyond the best Ford F150 within 100 miles of here!! Trust me, we did our homework before looking at this one. But back to the facts here at hand: Tony is absolutely the best salesman I have ever met, hands down!!! And the GM, Elias, is just as awesome!!! : ) Like the title of this review. BEYOND AWESOMENESS from start to finish. Which by the way, we walked in at 11 AM and were on our way home with this sweet ride at 2 PM. No high pressure sales found here. The most laid back atmosphere you can begin to imagine.
