With out getting into too much detail, I simply wanted to acknowledge Scott who runs the service department. I was having an issue with a CD player I had bought the year before and was initially told I needed to buy a new one. Scott jumped in and was able to get the CD player fixed for much less than my original option of buying a new one. This act of kindness and dedication to his customers was very much appreciated by me. Having an employee who looks out for the customer and cares about their experience is a huge asset. Thank you Scott.
The sales staff here were really great to talk and work with while buying my new truck. As well the financing agent on location was clear in explaining everything and was able to answer all my questions.
The folks at Al Spitzer Ford have been great to deal with. Tim in Sales, Nick and Drew and their team in Service provide a family friendly experience. They go the extra mile to satisfy our vehicle needs. The Service department has helped us obtain tires at great value for three cars. We surprised the Service Department one day with five us in a loaded car just starting on vacation. We had an an unusual noise that concerned us and they gave us priority for an immediate fix.
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. If an individual were looking to purchase a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend AL Spitzer and sales associate Kevin Fleck. I had a wonderful experience in my search for a used vehicle and had no issues. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my choice and had all the information I needed going forward. Heard rattles coming from the front end of my Mariner. They identified the lower ball joint and rear stabilizer as needing replacing. Finished job in less than 1 day. Rides like it has 70,000 less miles on it. Good job!
I flew from Baltimore to Cleveland to buy a 2015 Ford Transit 250 Van. Glad I did. I checked up and down the east coast and couldn't find a better deal. Had the deal done on a Saturday and drove home to Maryland on Sunday. Had a few minor issues after the sale that Valley Ford promptly fixed. I just got a new edge from this dealership and I love it!!! They made sure to get the exact suv I wanted and I was not disappointed! Everyone was so nice and accomidating! It's a shame to see someone leaving a negative comment about the patriotism of valley ford. I can personally say they are an amazing patriotic company that fully respects and supports our veterans! My husband served our country for six years and is lucky to be employed by valley ford. They have always been supportive of anything he needed when was serving and still continue to do so. I wish more people would be realistic when it comes to buying a vehicle especially a used vehicle. Dealerships can only give so many discounts till they are losing money on deals. It has nothing to do with the company's patriotism. I think the bigger issue has to do with people complaining for their own selfish gain. Which is truly a shame since our brave men and women make an amazing sacrifice so unselfishly. Thank you to all men and women past and present that serve this great nation and thank you valley ford for choosing to support all those men and women.
