Mike and all the other people I dealt with from the ladies at the service desk to the tech that explained how to handle my concerns were all wonderful. Very polite and had great attitudes. Mike even checked for recalls and had them done as well. And on top of it all offered me a car wash. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more pleasant experience. Great vehicle. Great ride and a great value compared to other SUV’s. This is our 2nd Flex and we love them! We looked at other SUV’s but kept coming back to the Flex. I honestly don’t know why anyone would buy anything thing else!!

I was leary in 2010 thinking about going back to a back to a domestic brand after 23 years of Japanese and German brands, but have not been disappointed.
The 5.0 GT Premium has been very reliable, fun, economical at a combined 22 mpg, and fair maintenance costs.
The only drawback is that the insurance has gotten pricey after a ticket hit my record.
I usually have a wonderful experience with Bowditch. For the positives, Al, our service rep who is head of the Blue Team is always a pleasure to work with. Also the mechanics always do an excellent job on our vehicles. However your new process of not being able to speak directly to our service representative lacks customer service. I had to call back twice to have someone return my call and then it was someone who has no idea who we are or what we need. Finally once she gave a message to our service rep he was very accommodating as always and I was able to have the problem resolved. Our service rep and mechanics deserve a 10, however your process does not. We have been clients at this dealership well over 40 years and my concern is that once the people who we have always had excellent relationships with are gone we feel our service and purchasing experiences will be lacking.

I had an F-150 for 12 years that ran forever with over 150k on it. Unfortunately I was rear ended at high speed and bent the frame. I found my 2005 Ford F-250 Diesel a couple of weeks later. The pulling power is amazing, it does take some gas as mine is lifted but it looks amazing for a 2005. I have 134k on it and it has so much more to go. Keep it serviced and you will absolutely love this truck. I will not let her go until she does not drive anymore. My 6.0 Powerstroke is amazing. Remember to plug her in the winter and you will have no problems.

So many issues; where should I start’ For the first 6 months the ford sync system was down constantly. This would meant no heat! Engine light went on at 30k. That means no remote starter. This happened so many times I lost count. Seems to have every sensor which cost more on repairs but the low washer fluid sensor they forgot. Message would come on that the truck is shutting down in 30 seconds. Do you know what that means when your in left lane pulling an 8 ton trailer’ How ford could do that is beyond me. That happened 7 times in 2 years. Washer fluid lines had to be replaced 3 times I the five years I owned it.
Best experience with purchasing a vehicle ever. Buying a vehicle has always been a headache, but Gloucester Toyota was amazing. We worked with Cecil and he made the entire process so pleasant. There was no pressure or hassle and the communication was outstanding. Staff was friendly/courteous and they went out of their way to ensure we were completely satisfied. Service after the purchase was great. They called to ensure everything with the vehicle was to my liking and provided me with the add ons I requested. Highly recommend Gloucester Toyota.
Worst vehicle ever

Just one year old. Battery died(YES everything was off). You cannot get the the door locks to unlock the back seat door(where my jump box is). Thought I would use a solar panel designed to keep batteries charged. Truck is run for 8 days then sits for 6. Guess what some "engineer" designed the truck so none of the aux power outlets work when the truck is turned off(great idea (sic)). The cruse control is a pain in the rear to operate(steering wheel controls are NOT user friendly). If you program a "My Key" you cannot modify without the master key. You do not teed it to program(STUPID). The hands free almost never works( voice comes on and says"you have an incoming call press 1 to answer" NOT hands free. Who designs a 4X4 truck with manual hubs in this day and age, but has an electric lock on the tailgate. I you want to use the front center cup holders with the center jump seat down, you have to remove the headrest from the center console then try to find someplace to store it, I recommend the trash. Took a rock in the windshield when the truck was 4 months old, The new windshield would not seal. After the company replaced twice, it was determined that the windshield opening was not the correct shape, it took tripling the sealant to get the windshield to seal. In the 70's I was a diehard Ford fan but now they are garbage. I would not recommend Ford to my worst enemy.
My last two cars prior to buying my first Hyundai in 2008 were BMW's. I bought this, a Santa Fe, to help with our move into our new home. I kept this car for over 7 years, and still enjoy driving it. No one problem. Although I did have to buy a battery a few years ago. I also bought a car for my daughter at this dealership and just ordered a 2016 Tuscon for myself. They are honest, they don't play games with prices. I wish my Lexus dealer ( wife's car ) were half as good

It has been an amazing car no problems. Plenty of power for what it is. It also does pretty good on gas. It’s been a great little family car for a small family. No problems whatsoever.
Excellent well built and very nice design. Great color-black champagne. Great looking when waxed. Extremely dependable. Great car for commuting or just enjoying the road. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
Jim was knowledgeable and worked hard at giving me what I wanted and made sure I was satisfied. He made me feel comfortable in what I was buying and took the time to answer all my questions. I will recommend him to my future friends and family.

A great family sized SUV, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I have gotten several compliments in the last week. The power running boards are an added bonus. Overall this is a sweet alternative to the Yukon’s & Tahoe’s out there.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
