Needs interior accent lighting, heated steering wheel without having to go to 4 wheels drive, lacks a folding rear seat for increased area, all features my 2014 Impala has;
One of the easiest and most pleasant car purchases that I have made in a long time and I have bought and leased a lot of cars over the years. Kevin Krisher, Internet Sales Manager was fantastic to work with. Leased a New 2017 Nissan Rogue and the price was as advertised, no pressure up selling options, etc. Was torn between Black or White and Kevin brought both Models up front for me to see so I can decide which one I wanted. I highly recommend Kevin and Planet Nissan

Excellent Luxury for a Value Price

This is my ultimate Luxury Car and will probably be the last car I own. Compared to Mercedes S Class, Cadillac, BMW 7 Series, or Lexus, the G90 Has all the amenities without the extra $30K price tag. The ride is the smoothest and quietest I have ever experienced. The appointments are top notch quality and the attention to detail is unsurpassed. Additionally, the Warranty cannot be beat.
After test driving all of the above models, the Genesis G90 just naturally rose to the top. I look forward to driving this machine for the next 25+ years. Well done!
First of all, I'll say that everyone was very nice to us. However, every little detail about the sale took forever. I was there for hours on two different days trying to get the deal done. The finance director wouldn't budge on the price of the car & even tricked us into paying way more for it than I wanted to (even with a trade in)! I went back to see if I could remove the extra service agreement( $3,000)but they said it wouldn't make my monthly payments any lower. He was such a coward, he didn't even show his face or try to communicate with us after that. You're not that busy or special, hun. They only care about getting your money. Wolves in sheep's clothing...

We have owned a least one of Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, Cadillac, Acura, BMW and Volvo; however, the Genesis G90 Ultimate far surpasses any one of them. It is the quietest, smoothest ride you could imagine with so many features, that it would take a lifetime to learn them all. In 2021 Genesis plans to release their SUVs - we will be on their waiting list to purchase one.
Sales Rep did a good job finding the car that I was interested in purchasing cane with me while I was test driving the car. I
I liked the used car and price that I was interested in buying. However, the dealership did not offer me enough trade in allowance for the vechele that I wanted to trade in.

Took delivery of a Genesis G90 in March and am very, very pleased. The ride, handling, technology, materials, build quality, quietness and performance are excellent. The twin turbo V6 is an absolute gem - even more responsive than the very good V8s in other Genesis and Equus cars I’ve owned. In my opinion, the G90 is close to the equal of a similarly equipped S-Class that costs $45,000 more. The G90 does not equal the Mercedes in prestige or status and probably never will. But it's a fine, world-class luxury car at an outstanding price.
Everything about my car buying experience was great!! I am telling all my friends! The sales manager, Tony was great to work with. And our salesman answered all of our questions. He went to the car with us and went over all the features with us. They all went above and beyond what I expected. I was blown away. And I love my new car!!
Did a lot of online research and it brought me to Van Horn in Sheboygan. They had the lowest prices on the vehicles I was looking for. Went to test drive and came home with one. Trevor was great and not pushy at all.

Until now I had no complains with Genesis 90 service. They have been always prompt, professional and courteous. After all of this, the sales team caters for cheap Hyundai cars owners, the refinement and people skills are not there, unfortunately. I lost a tire on a Sunday and the service department was closed and I was denied a loaner, any loaner. This is the second Genesis I own. The manager in charge s a replacement)was rude and unprofessional. Hyundai has to understand that in order gain the trust of Genesis 90 owners they have to train the staff and preventing such occurrence.
I need an appraisal on a car ..
Their appraisal is widely used and accepted..
I know I was made a fair offer ...
Their offer put me in a good position for my trade in vehicle ..
I have used them many times in the past and will do so again In The future

If five years ago someone said I would be driving a Genesis (Hyundai) I would say they were crazy. But, my how the quality of these cars has moved forward in leaps and bounds. I have had many high end luxury cars over the years and I can say without hesitation this Genesis is one of the best.
Best dealership I've ever dealt with. The service department is first-class. With employees like Henry Garcia you ensure that each person who walks through the door feels he or she is the most important person in the world at that m0ment. Henry demonstrated this feeling the moment I came in contact with him. He showed me to the lounge, got the work on my car started promptly, and coordinated with the individual who arranged shuttle service. Upon completion of my visit he reviewed the results in detail. I came out of a Mercedes E350 and was looking for a larger more comfortable ride because I am on the road all the time. I test drove Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Acura, Volvo, at al. The G-90 equalled or exceeded all of them and for just over HALF the price. Amazing, great value car.

I saw the sonata I was interested on their website. I went to the store which is only about 15 mins away from my house. I usually don't like the car process so I was hoping I didnt need to shop at several other dealers. The sales guy was extremly helpful and he knew so much about the car. I had lots of questions and he really knew the product well. I feel like I was well taken care of in the finance office too. The manager made me a good deal on a maintenance package and I was in and out. I've had the car now for a month and couldn't be happier.
