Service was great! I made an appointment with Ashley for 10am but life was lifing so she rescheduled me 3x that day with no attitude and finally made it in around 3:30pm. Then I was helped by Marquell. Cool guy! He gave me a price I couldn’t afford at first so I was about to leave. He stopped me and said “Let me speak to my manager” they talked it over and gave me a price I couldn’t refuse! I really wanted a Dodge Challenger especially because Dodge aren’t making anymore high horsepower/gas powered vehicles in the Charger/Challenger line. I walked out very satisfied. Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

I have owned many cars over the years and this GV80 is by far the best car I have ever owned. Ride, comfort and handling are outstanding after 9 months of ownership and almost 10,000 miles. You can drive this car for hours and when you get out you are not tired or stiff. The sound system is excellent and the navigation system updates rapidly for road conditions.

The service department was incredibly knowledgeable about my concerns. They handled all of them professionally. Even though I thought I needed a new radio, they assured me that engineers were working on it and an update was coming soon. Happy Customer!! 👍

We bought an Audi Q7 from Marcella. She was friendly and upfront. The dreaded finance office even was pleasant. Car prices are what they are. I’d buy another here. Was disappointed with the 1/4 tank of gas lol I left more in my trade. And no inspection sticker. But overall great and those 2 things would not deter me.

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something. This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

In today's day and age of rising prices and high interest rates , this car was definitely the best bang for my buck. The value in the technology, design, and comfort made the decision easy, throw on a great factory warranty coverage longer than most, I'd highly recommend... I'm a tall guy, it has room and comfort for days, Genesis has come a long way from its Hyundai days.
