Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. But Castle has changed how I feel about Genesis. I really see them striving to achieve a premium service. Great Job Castle Genesis. Thank you for changing how I feel about my Genesis purchase again. And the G80 is truly a premium car Thank you.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

had a very difficult time running around for 2 weekends hoping to buy the car I wanted but ended up with typical "bait and switch" schemes that most car dealers do. Almost lost all the hopes THEN I decided to just drove all the way to Napleton Hyundai Glenview for my one last attempt. I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

Owned the GV80 for 6 months, the smaller engine is plenty. The ride is better than my 2018 Lexus rx350L. Only draw back navigation good be better.

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). This car is very tight.Ride is terrific despite our roads.Gas mileage is sound and easy to operate.Sound System is absolutely wonderful.Road noise does not interfere because you hardly even hear it.

I bought my 2023 G80 a couple of weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. I get great gas mileage in eco mode, great power in sport mode. It's smooth as silk and the seats are very comfortable. I love the technology in the car.

Only had it two weeks, but bought based on ownership of 2015 Genesis which I bought new. When I sold it, it had 72000 miles and NEVER needed a repair.. it went to the dealership only for maintenance. Great cars.

I owned a 2022 G80 Sport Prestige for 7 months. It was an impeccably built and beautiful car. I loved the rear wheel steering, soft close doors, comfortable seats and exquisite interior that you can't get anywhere at this price. After waiting at the local dealership for 5 months for parts and service, it was destroyed by a hail storm. The dark side of owning a Genesis is the atrocious dealer service! Beware.

The Service Department at Glenview Luxury Imports never fails to provide phenomenal Service. Jon, Ketan, and Gary are always helpful in answering questions and coordinating service appointments at the earliest time available.

The G90 is an excellent vehicle. I have owned Cadillac, Lincoln, and Lexus, this 2021 and the 2018 G90's I owned are by far my best owned autos. With the Lincolns and Cadillacs I was on a first name basis with the service manager. The Genesis's only went back to the dealer for scheduled maintenance. What more can I say, luxury, performance, attention to detail and overall quality are all outstanding.

The most recent service i received was excellent and prompt. Came in for a routine maintenance which went very smoothly and was offered a nice discount by Mike the service advisor.

Salesperson Seth Greene was very patient and understood our objectives. Physical dealership itself was very clean and portrayed the proper image for a Genesis vehicle in my estimation. Had an issue days after purchase and was promptly taken care of by the service manager Ken and Seth. All things considered the experience was good and Seth has provided good follow up and teachings of the vehicle after the purchase.

Plain and simple its a great s.u.v. , people notice this vehicle and I have had many good comments about it. Strangers have come up to me and asked if its a Bentley . Wow
