We are 12,000 miles into our new GV70, and so far we love it. We had a Volvo XC90 for 13+ years, and we loved it, too. But the GV70 is quieter, faster, and more comfortable than our Volvo. Our only complaint is the level of electronic control for almost everything. I long for the days of analog controls in a car. Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend the Genesis GV70.

A stylish, thoughtfully designed vehicle with great driving/handling and convenience features. Excellent EV specs and performance- fast charging, excellent for daily driving, and good range for trips. Best of all it is a great price value when compared to other luxury SUVs that it is equal to or outperforms.

I had never bought a car before and only heard horrible things about how awful the process of car buying can be. However, this was NOT my experience with Ourisman Honda of Laurel!! I was greeted with nothing but professionalism, compassion, and kindness. They truly care about their customers! George was INCREDIBLE every step of the way. He even sent me a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I came in. He made every part of the process easy to understand and made sure I would be able to drive off with the car I wanted. I can’t say enough about George. He was so kind and caring and willing to do whatever it took for me to be able to officially say “I’m a car owner!” He took his time with me and never made me feel rushed. Thank you George!! The finance office was the part I was most scared of. I was sooo pleasantly surprised and relieved when I met Ash. He also gave me some great financial advice for bettering my future that I am truly grateful for. He helped me find the right terms for my loan so that I could be comfortable and confident as I drove off the lot. Thank you Ash!! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond their job description and made me feel like I mattered. My future and comfort mattered to them. There was not a single time I felt pressured or discouraged. The car was also immaculately clean, which I very much appreciated. Purchased the 2022 GV80 this past October and just completed a trip from Florida to Maine and back and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Totally comfortable and smooth riding whether in the City or the Open Road.

Luxurious car but the tech interface is a disaster (especially voice recognition, but also latency and general UI), and I bought the car only for the tech so I am disappointed.

Had this car for about a year now . Very comfy with lots of adjustments and massage . Wireless charging is not very thorough through thing but the rest is just fine .

The G90 is an excellent vehicle. I have owned Cadillac, Lincoln, and Lexus, this 2021 and the 2018 G90's I owned are by far my best owned autos. With the Lincolns and Cadillacs I was on a first name basis with the service manager. The Genesis's only went back to the dealer for scheduled maintenance. What more can I say, luxury, performance, attention to detail and overall quality are all outstanding.

The car is the best I have ever owned, traded in a 2016 Lexus ES350 Ultra and my G80 blows it away in ever category. I1 THING IVE LEARNED IS WHEEL LUG NUT TORQUE BEING 95 TO 100LBS IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH THIS CAR BEING 4,700 POUNDS PLUS. AND EACH RIM WITH TIRE IS ALMOST 30 POUNDS EACH. ONCE I TORQUED THE WHEELS TO 100LB WITH TORQUE WRENCH THE ROAD WANDER, BRAKE SHUDDER COMPLETELY WENT AWAY.

Coming out of a 2003 vehicle (Jaguar X-type) & getting behind the wheel of a 2023 model was a startling transition. Even though my CPO G70 is a base model (2.0T/AWD) it’s like piloting a space craft! I love this car! And with all of the safety & convenience features, it feels like it cares for me as well. The performance, ride & handling are exemplary. In the spirit of complete transparency, here are a few nits. - The gas mileage isn’t class leading & requiring premium gas adds to the cost of operation. Solution? Tame your right foot! Acceleration is quite lively. - The rear seats are tight for large people & the trunk space is merely adequate (a pass-through rear center seat is quite helpful). But keep in mind, this the smallest model in the lineup. If you need more space, there’s the G80. - Finally, I’m still sorting out some of the infotainment features (which didn’t exist in 2003!). Let me finish by praising the service departments. Without question the best experience I’ve had, up there with M-B & exceeding Jaguar.

Bought this as one of the first gv70 an out. The car is probably one of the nicest cars I’ve owned, I’m 76 so I’ve had a few. Great styling inside and out. Service has been a struggle at some dealers. I have 18,000 miles on the car and so far no complaints

I had a wonderful experience buying my first Mercedes from Hunt Valley Mercedes. My sales consultant, Veroj, was knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the features of the car but didn't do any typical high-pressure sales pushing. Joe, the sales manager, was fair and respectful during the negotiation process. I can't be happier with the results. I'll definitely recommend Hunt Valley Mercedes to anyone I know who is looking to buy a new car.

So far a wonderful car. Far better ride than my wife's Lexus NX 200t, or my former Cadillac SRX or Jaguar XF. Interior styling is a big win and the best among competitors at this size and price. Exterior styling is a little too 'blingy' for my style but is otherwise fine. Living in Arizona, air conditioning is most important and this car has a wonderful A/C system! So cold that I have to turn down the fan speed after a couple of minutes. And the Lexicon audio system is superb! Another reviewer commented on the touch screen being too far away from the driver, and while that might be right, you can control everything from the steering wheel or control knob right next to the center console. 300 HP from the base engine is more than enough, but if you want to really move there is always the bigger engine available. Overall a wonderful car!

Car appears to have set up for fog lights. This car came without them.question; can I have fog lights installed at my cost? My two previous Tucson’s had them and very helpful driving in fog and snow which I do a lot for work.

Overpriced but definitely Superior comfort and exquisite styling. Some obvious shortcomings from a design and Engineering standpoint. One in particular that drives me crazy is the poor design and functionality of the gas cap area. I cannot believe a vehicle in 2023 with a price tag of around $80,000 does not have a locking mechanism on the gas cap cover and the fact that you have to push to open it from the outside, as well as the cheap feel and Design Within, is mind blowing and very disappointing

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

The GV80 is extremely safe and operates smoothly, in harmony with different driver preferences. It handles perfectly in the snow and ice with different drive mode options. Looking forward to another GV80 after this one !
