This is the fourth vehicle I've leased and the best experience I've had. Kendahl was great to work with! He really knows his stuff and doesn't try to give you the runaround. Very roomy SUV

This SUV had all the amenities I wanted, 3 row seating, DVD player with touchscreen in driver dash, all power, remote start, all wheel drive, leather seats, heated seats, double sun/moon roof and low miles, etc! My last SUV was V-8, this one is V-6, so performance not as strong, but still very adequate. It's roomy inside and only had a few exterior scratches to be a 2008. It was well taken care of and drives great! Looking forward to our first road trip in it!
There are so many reasons why I would recommend anyone to go to Luxury Motors Outlet. They are so nice and down to earth! The entire process was a breeze. Great Customer Service! Very satisfied with my purchase.

Most problematic vehicle ever

This was the perfect car for our family except it stayed in the shop more than we drove it. New engine, sun roof drains leaked into the electrical fuse block 4 different times. Car filled with water twice because sun roof drains way too small for significant rainfall. Car would run without key in ingnition. Radio would turn on without key in ignition. Car was so musty and rusty in the inside it was impossible to keep the moisture out.
My old car died. They did what they could for a trade in. Gave me more than the Ford dealership would do. They were easy to work with on the purchase. There was one small issue after I purchased the vehicle and they helped me figure out what the problem was even though they had no legal obligation to look into it. No issues with the car once we figured out that minor interior noise issue. I would recommend checking out their lot before going to a full service dealership. You can tell they love the car business.
The folks were very friendly and tried their best to get me financed, but with no luck. Not there fault. Will work with them again if my circumstances change.

I have a 2008 gmc. Acadia I've had it for 3 year this past year its been in the shop it shuts off when at stop light and i take it back they say its one thing i get it back and it last a day or two and then shuts off again its horrible and not safe
I had a good experience while purchasing my 2013 GMC Yukon XL. We got a great deal and a good loan package. If you're in the market for a used car, give Mike Kaufman a call. He was a pleasure to work with and obviously enjoys his job. Just one suggestion - the customer lobby could use a popcorn machine. :-) This seems to be a popular addition to a lot of other dealerships.

I love the interior of the vehicle - exactly what I was looking for. LEather seats, very comfortable, captain's chairs in back and a third row. The console is very roomy. Here are the issues I have: The vehicle "Surges" when you hit the gas. Sometimes it goes faster, sometimes it lags 2 or 3 seconds and then it zooms. (2) it runs hot. Gets almost to the red and then it will back itself down. (3) the battery is overcharging all the time. It goes above the 13 that is the middle and sits between that and the 17 (red zone). No one has been able to explain any of this to me. (4) It left me stranded in Walmart. Wouldn't start so my mechanic replaced the starter. The next time it did that, I used the remote and it started right up. It seems to have an issue if I turn the car off, then use the battery in some way - like lissten to the radio. So far, when that happens, I've been able to use the remote but I'm mad I paid $400 for a starter I probably didn't need. (5) the DVD/CD player doesn't work. This is a big selling point since I have grandchildren. To be fair, this car had 125K miles on it when I bought it, but I still expected to have everything in working order.
Top notch. Selection is great. From Sales to Service unbeatable. When you leave a dealership knowing all your checklist items have been met, that says a lot. I purchased my previous vehicle from Guy and he has consistently delivered a quality vehicle and stands behind the sale.

We had Jack help us with our car purchase from Gretna and it was easy, fast and painless! And they had free hot chocolate while we waited! Jack answered all of our questions, and we even got to meet the owner while we were in! We'll be back for sure!

I have wanted an Acadia for a long time. This is a 2008 so it's an older car, but it is awesome! Leather seats, dual sunroofs, a dvd player, navigation and remote start. It has all the bells and whistles and runs like a dream. It has 3rd row seating and I just love it!!!!
Came in about 2months ago to purchase a car . Ty was very nice , & definitely knew what he was talking about . This was my first time purchasing a car & I was nervous about being over charged. Terrance great salesman found what I wanted and Ty made sure my payments were not breaking the bank with my monthly payment. Seriously the best in Lincoln no doubt !!
Hector did a fantastic job being my salesperson. He communicated with me efficiently and effectively via email and phone since I had to search for a vehicle out of state. His consistency to answer any questions that I had without being a pushy salesperson made the entire process much easier!! From the first initial contact, to the finance process, and sending the paperwork overnight, my first-time car buying experience conducted online has been so easy and great!!! Air bag issue

I have a 2008 GMC Acadia I’ve had ongoing issues with the airbag and it keeps being the same issue it should be recalled with how many complaints there had been on it and the SAFETY factor
We had a good experience, Chance was our salesman. He was very professional and patient with us. He found exactly what we wanted. He did most of it over the phone, the paper work was ready when we came in. Jeremy greeted us, and was very nice and professional. He was there to answer any questions that we had.

Seating wise it is very roomy and reminds me of my old Suburban. My kids love it and are very comfortable in it. It rides great. The experts call it under powered but it has all the power you need especially if the AC is off.
Was shopping for a jeep but spotted the new Chevy Equinox. Mike took us for a test drive and explained all the improvements with the car. We were very impressed! Mike was great to work with
