This was a good car-buying experience. The salesman was Richard Cortez and he was calm, practical, listened to what I said and didn’t try to override me. No one at this dealership wasted time, and although everyone wants to get the best deal possible, especially a car dealership, I never felt less than in control of the negotiation or pressured. I felt that Richard had his manager’s support throughout. Everyone was nice as well as low key, including the finance manager I dealt with. I like the CX5 I bought, but to put the cherry on top, the GM of the dealership, largest in the city, thanked me for my business. Kudos to North Park Mazda.

A/C COMES ON WHEN HEAT IS ON? ABS PROBLEMS DEALER DOESNT KNOW WHATS WRONG? ALLWHEEL SHUTS OFF.? 2014 JUNK I'LL NEVER BUY ANOTHER AMERICAN CAR AGAIN
John, Rusel, and Joey were all so warm and welcoming in a genuine way. We didn't experience the typical impersonal business like we usually do when purchasing a vehicle. They were humble and friendly and made us feel like we've known them for a long time.
The price was well below book out and they gave us top dollar for our trade-in. All their vehicles on the lot are in pristine condition. This is definitely not your typical big city dealership! The lot is surrounded by large shade trees.
We will always come here first in our future vehicle purchases.
First time owner cant wait to drive it every day

This vehicle met all our needs. DVD player for the kids and plenty of leg room for passengers. Feels great when on the road also.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Sales associate was excellent. Atmosphere was pleasant. Beautiful facility. Oh yes, and the car I bought was absolutely pristine. Thanks for the pleasant experience.

We have absolutely loved our Acadia. We really looked around when we were shopping for a new vehicle. With teenage kids leg room in back was good. Not just leg room, but also head room as my kids are fairly tall. They each had their own space. Loved the air controls in the back due to our hot weather here in Arizona. Got the DVD players in the head rest and my son specifically loves having his movies wherever we go.
Sure do like their service dept and people! They seem to really know what they are doing and state of the art garage.... We changed over after years with Chevrolet-Boerne who've failed in the service department last year....causing our vehicles further problems instead of fixing problems. After so many expensive problems with Chevrolet dealership, we decided to switch to GMC on next truck. Bought a new GMC-2400HD and since then have had GMC-Boerne take care of the regular service maintenance with great results. It's MOST important when you buy a vehicle to KNOW the dealership can follow through with servicing it!!! Professional, attentive, knowledgeable "partners".

Our model is a SLT-1 with seating for 7 (2nd row captain chairs). It is very spacious. The 2nd and 3rd rows fold flat with one another to provide ample space for hauling. The amenities are great (navigation, dual roof, Intellilink Infotainment). The MyGMC app with OnStar allows us to remote start the vehicle from our phone. We purchased pre-owned, so my only desire would be memory seating (available in the SLT-2 and Denali models).
