My husband and I visited Chesrown the Sunday prior to Labor Day and they were extremely busy given they are one of the few dealerships open on Sunday and it was a holiday weekend. Salesman Joey Powell assisted us as we test drove several vehicles and ultimately purchases a 2018 Chevy Silverado truck. Joey’s patience, product knowledge and sales approach coupled with Chevron’s ease in transacting business made for a pleasant buy/trade vehicle experience. I found this vehicle I purchased at cars.com. We did almost everything over the phone. We had a little problem with the financing since this was an out of state purchase but the finance manager did a great job in contacting the necessary individuals to insure the proper entities were on board. The salesman had everything ready which was great since this was a 4 hour drive. One of the best car buying experiences. I was impressed they were aware of KY titling and registration requirements.

We went to Pauli Ford because we needed a new commuter that got good gas mileage and also had enough room for our growing family. We worked with Paul Phillips who was great. I???ve bought a lot of cars over the years and he???s one of the few that I didn???t feel was trying to either hustle me through the process or push me into something. He listened to our needs and worked with us to get us into a new Fusion which we???re thrilled with! Brian Corbin who closed our deal was also great to work with and explained all our options on that end to make sure we got exactly what we needed. We also dealt with Tricia who helped us get our old lease closed out and even met Brian Pauli himself who took time to talk with us and make sure we were satisfied. Overall a great experience. We???ll be going back in a few months to trade my wife???s car in as well!

We have previously purchased our other vehicles elsewhere. We had a Ford Fusion that had two different recalls on it and we took it to Pudmann for service. Their service department was excellent and because of that we went to purchase a new vehicle through them. We have never had as positive of an experience as we have with Pudmann Ford. We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet!
