It was all great. I am a repeat buyer from McCarthy-Morse and would recommend them to anyone looking for new or used. Fast, friendly and honest. All the things you look for in a buying experience. We were behind the wheel of our new car in about 2 hours - that is from the test drive to getting the keys in our hands. Loved the cool document signing technology too. Made the finance part so fast and used hardly any paper. We got everything electronically, which is not only environmentally friendly, but pretty darn convenient.
I've been treated so well by this dealership from the purchase of my car through all servicing needs. I've even recommended my daughter to get her service done here even though she bought her vehicle somewhere else. We are both going to be lifetime customers. Angela Parker is also helpful and checks in periodically to make sure nothing is needed.

As I walk through the doors of McCarthy Morse dealership I was greeted by Lynwood Williams- Sales Manager and Jordyn(”with a Y”)Chamberlin- Sales Consultant. Both gentlemen we’re very inviting and slightly humorous; which I enjoyed because as we know dealerships can be quite daunting. The customer service was extraordinary. Jordyn was knowledgeable and professional, Linwood made sure I felt comfortable with the process, and I also want to acknowledge Sage Brizendine- Sales Consultant (he picked me up) he was very pleasant to talk to. The finance portion was amazingly fast and please forgive me because I do not remember the gentleman‘s name but he was great as well. Everyone was very anticipatory and whole process was stress free. I can say enough about the McCarthy-Morse team who assisted me throughout my car buying process.

I had a great experience as far as communication and response to my concerns. I really liked the idea of buying a car online but the prices aren't that great. I know shipping is a cost but I would like lower prices.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. THe new service writer did a great job. She will be a great asset from my first experience. Worked with the existing team where she had questions.. did it quickly.. kept me informed in the process .. couldn't of asked for more. I still have an open service item that needs to get resolved ...on the RH blindspot monitoring system ..
Everything was explained before repairs were made. I was able to call with questions and Malik's response time and knowledge was excellent. Getting a loaner was an easy process. I will definitely be going back in the future!!
I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!

Kyle did an excellent job of detailing the Lexus 450h features and benefits to me. Then provided the same level of detail to my wife when I brought her back to see the car on a later date. Strong product knowledge, but not pushy at all. Just providing superior information. It was a great buying experience and I WILL buy my next car from Kyle! In fact, my wife commented to me after we left the dealership what a great job Kyle did and how much she enjoyed the car buying experience... she hates buying cars! Great job, Kyle!
We went into Zeck not knowing what to expect Fran helped us every step of the way and even offered his personal opinion of the truck that I ended up buying! He wasn???t too pushy and helped us every way he could! I will definitely be back and asking for Fran in the future!
