Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle. We searched around for a few weeks but kept going back to the vehicle that Velocity had listed due to the lower price, lower mileage and overall value. We finally pulled the trigger yesterday and went in to test drive the vehicle. Instantly fell in love and ended up finding another vehicle on their Draper lot for our second purchase. Between Ty, Cory (American Fork location) and Efrain (Draper location), they made the process extremely painless, got us the cars we wanted at a great deal and worked with us on our trades. We walked out with the payments we wanted, the vehicles we wanted and literally no hassle or pressure from anyone. Nothing makes me want to run the other way then being hounded by a salesman instantly and feeling pressured. We felt none of that here with Velocity. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service and quality we received. Thanks again for the great experience. We will be sending friends and family your way.
Marcos was great to work with. He followed through and delivered on everything he said he would. We got the car we wanted and have loved it. We had to have something repaired before we took delivery but they fixed the item and we absolutely love our new vehicle. Will definitely buy another car from here.
Robert was very friendly, take care of any problem that I found. Never see at any auto dealer before, he pulled cash out of his wallet and pay for parts what were missing. I was really a customer for them to take care of. Recommend this place to anyone.
Robert and Peter were great to deal with. They made the whole car buying process as painless as possible and did not pressure me at all. They were upfront about the damage the car had and what repairs were done. I was even able to talk with the mechanic that made the repairs. I am thrilled with the Acadia I purchased and the low miles it has. I recommend checking out Autozinc before heading to a big name dealership.
Bought a new car today and it was the smoothest experience I've ever had doing so. Jake was in communication with me from the time the car was on the truck on its way to the dealership, notified me when it arrived, and was patient with us throughout our test driving the car for over an hour. Then he took care of all the financing while I was at work so all I had to do was show up and sign. If they have the car you want (or can get the car you want), I wouldn't hesitate to give them a chance.
I am a Wisconsin buyer who purchased a 2017 Honda Ridgeline based on Autozinc's website which showed a very thorough rebuild and inspection process along with Bluestar's Vehicle inspection report which showed all 45 items inspected as acceptable. I also had a local independent body shop look the vehicle over and he admittedly was not able to get under the vehicle. The vehicle looked great outside and drove very well.
When I got to Wisconsin and got the vehicle on a lift--I found it to be a mess underneath . A unibody cross member was ripped out of place, both mufflers were dented in,the gas tank shield was ripped and hanging down, the brake lines were not bolted in place and there were numerous places where the plastic shields were not secured. My body shop found that the main wiring harness was damaged, the outside temperature gauge was broken, the parking sensors didn't work and one LED headlight leaked water.
I contacted Autozinc's owner Robert West and Kevin Duersch from Bluestar inspections and provided pictures. They took my complaint seriously and promised to work with me and all the people necessary to get the pickup fixed as it should have been when it left Utah.Robert got his rebuild manager involved, had parts shipped and reimbursed me $1069 for out of pocket expenses and purchased a news muffler. It took three months and a lot of legwork.
The real credit goes to Robert West. Had he wanted to--based on the forms I signed --buying a repairable with no warranty--he could have said "Tough Luck"--you should have done your "due diligence"
To his credit, he found a way to make me as a satisfied customer.
Robert was very professional and very friendly he made the whole process from start to finish very painless. He went out of his way to get me financial institutions and shipping information needed just to make my life a lot easier I would recommend this company to anyone
I'm from California and Asay had the Range Rover I had been searching for. I was heading back home the next day and everyone bent over backwards to get me home ASAP with my new car. They came down on a Sunday so I could test drive it and get all the paperwork done. I test drove and bought the car and was in and out all in 50 mins. That is the experience everyone should have when buying a car.
They tell you up front that they sell salvage title vehicles from California that they buy and repair themselves. If you are a customer who buys a late model used car with low miles and drives it for 10 or more years, this place is ideal. I got a 2016 Camry with 16,000 miles in near perfect condition for thousands less than I would pay for the same car at a dealership. My only complaint was the finance manager trying to add things to the price which is typical for a car dealership. Once we came to an understanding on that, I got a fair price and drove away happy.
