Luis Ruiz, my service advisor, is the most pleasant adviser I have ever encountered. He maintained his pleasant manor even though he was very busy. He went out to the service bay to personally check on progress. Very knowledgeable and pleasant, a true asset to McGovern Buick and GMC.
Hi, I recently purchased a 2017 GMC Canyon SLT from another dealer with 1650 miles on it and something called Teen Driver was active on it. The dealer I purchased it from was unable to reset the Teen Driver mode and suggested I call GMC. After multiple calls to GMC, OnStar, and trips to four other dealers who all told me they had never heard of resetting the Teen Driver, I spoke with a women named Cassidy in your Service department who took down my contact information and told me that she would look into the issue and get back to me. The next day I received a call from Chris Proteau who had asked me to stop in when I had time and he would be happy to look into the issue for me. I stopped in to Lannan Chevrolet after work and Met Chris who took a look at my truck and was able to reset the computer in a matter of minutes. The great customer service that I received from Chris and Cassidy was exceptional and beyond any service experience I have received at any other dealer. Moving forward You will be my first choice for all my automotive needs.

My days are busy and I can't make it to the dealership so I wind up dropping my truck off at night and when they call me to tell me it is finished I give them my credit card information over the phone they locked my keys in the truck they are very accommodating they're always Pleasant I've been going to talk for quite a few years. My wife took my truck in for an oil change and inspection sticker because I couldn't make it and she had time. She was very pleased with her experience saying the service advisors were very pleasant in fact she didn't even go sit in the waiting area she sat and talked to them
I ended up with a dead battery this morning and AAA didn't have a battery available for my 2013 Chevy Spark so I googled for a nearby Chevy dealership to reach out to. Diamond was the closest. After a couple of phone calls, I managed to find out that the battery was in stock and that I could bring my car in as a walk-in to have it installed. After an hour waiting in the comfortable waiting area, my car was set.
