Great car but terrible headlights

Great vehicle but very hard to drive at night as the headlights are very weak. Good on fuel and comfortable to drive. Maybe a little overpriced.
The people at this dealership have great character, very pleased with the service and the car! Drove away with a newer car after all these years.

As an SUV "crossover" this car did not meet my needs. Interior carco space is no better than the trunk of a small car. The trim was coming loose aftr 6 months of moderate driving, and driving with a window open is absolutley dismal, as it sounds like a helicopter is next to the vehicle outside the window. I bought a vehicle with an in dash navigation system, only to find out that a substantial monthly subscription is REQUIRED for navigation to work (NO SUBSCRIPTION = NO GPS).
Julián was great. We didn???t have to haggle any prices. You pay exactly what they say your going to pay. He was very honest with us about the cars history. We were very happy with the customer service and the price
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

Bought CPO. The DENALI trim provides many of the safety features I consider essential for this generation of drivers (lane departure warning is a must). Smooth ride. I love the dual skyscape sunroof and light interior because it makes it feel so open. I occasionally have trouble bumping the liftgate button, but I'm still learning. Probably just a matter of preference, but I'm not crazy about the touch screen so far. Feels less safe while driving. Though, this has the heads up display, which is nice. Has remote start, but there should be an option to have it set so when the car turns on, the heated seats and steering wheel also come on. Vice versa in the winter. Overall, a great vehicle and I'm looking forward to putting hundreds of thousands of miles until it finally gives up.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Great Family Vehicle

I like a large vehicle and my wife likes a smaller style, so we compromised on the Acadia. It is as roomy as larger vehicles but small enough to satisfy both wants. Gets 18-20 MTG and drives smooth. The only thing it needs is just a little more power. The Denali would have had a little more power . Wish they had one when I bought the Acadia LS because of size.
Since I buy everything online, and I needed a new car I thought I would give it a shot. Boy was I impressed. From financentondeliveryntomcondition of car... Everything was simply easy. !

After owning a 2010 acadia slt for 6 years we knew the quality if these vehicles. The newer body style seems of a better build quality. Even though its slightly smaller there's more passenger room than the old one. Way more power, and tons of gadgets in the denali. Favorite feature is the air conditioned seats.
I brought in my Kia Optima for an appraisal. I was greeted immediately and the process began. I had an offer within 30 min. in which I accepted. Very confident and professional staff!

The 2017 Acadia is a great car. All of the bells and whistles that come on this car is truly exceptional for the price. Back up Camera, navigation, Apple Car Play, heated front seats, dual climate control, rear climate control. It rides smooth and is easy on the eye.
I wish there was a 10 star option for AX Auto. My wife and I drove from chattanooga, TN. We spend 2 days in Atlanta looking at 7 minivans, the second day we found AX Auto. We came knowing what we wanted and unlike other dealers they didn’t try to push into something more expensive or different than we had asked. Eric our salesman was both patient and considerate of our every request. He and his manager respected our wishes to think it over and 3 hours later we were able to drive off with a beautiful ( new to us) 2014 Honda Odyssey!!!
The entire purchase process was smooth and hassle free. The price was competitive, fair without haggling. The delivery process was smooth. The vehicle was clean and ready when i came to pick it up. The vehicle features were pointed out and explained to me.
I was searching for an upgrade from my 2013 Ford Escape. Right when my fiance and I walked in the door, we were acknowledged and taken care of immediately. We didn???t have to wait for a salesperson to come talk to us, he was there waiting for us to finish our conversation. To sum it up, working with Mike Honea was excellent - he made our experience personal and made us feel like valued customers. He did not make us feel like he was just trying to make another sale. Although we politely declined each time, he regularly asked us if we would like water, coffee, etc. which was a nice touch considering it was very chilly out. Mike also didn???t mind taking me to see the very many (but very similar) vehicles I was interested in - he was determined to make sure I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Once I found the one, he ensured we were comfortable while waiting for the financial advisor. The only downfall to my entire experience was my interaction with the financial advisor. I felt as if he was not trying to get me the best rate, just trying to get us out the door. Then, Louis Spaeth, the General Sales Manager, stepped in. He made a personal call to one of his contacts with the bank we were financing through and got us a great rate. Talk about customer service! We had such a great experience that my fiance went back to see Mike the next day and traded in his truck for new car! We love our new vehicles - thank you!
