Bought CPO. The DENALI trim provides many of the safety features I consider essential for this generation of drivers (lane departure warning is a must). Smooth ride. I love the dual skyscape sunroof and light interior because it makes it feel so open. I occasionally have trouble bumping the liftgate button, but I'm still learning. Probably just a matter of preference, but I'm not crazy about the touch screen so far. Feels less safe while driving. Though, this has the heads up display, which is nice. Has remote start, but there should be an option to have it set so when the car turns on, the heated seats and steering wheel also come on. Vice versa in the winter. Overall, a great vehicle and I'm looking forward to putting hundreds of thousands of miles until it finally gives up.
This is a dealership with professional business people. I was very pleasantly surprised. My entire car buying experience went very smoothly. I am very pleased that I chose this dealership to get my Outback . Both the General Manager Greg Lewis and the sales person James Richards were exceptional.

Car is spacious, the only problem with it are the roof racks which I didn’t have,I just wish that i do have would make it look different.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

As an SUV "crossover" this car did not meet my needs. Interior carco space is no better than the trunk of a small car. The trim was coming loose aftr 6 months of moderate driving, and driving with a window open is absolutley dismal, as it sounds like a helicopter is next to the vehicle outside the window. I bought a vehicle with an in dash navigation system, only to find out that a substantial monthly subscription is REQUIRED for navigation to work (NO SUBSCRIPTION = NO GPS).
The 2017 Acadia is a great car. All of the bells and whistles that come on this car is truly exceptional for the price. Back up Camera, navigation, Apple Car Play, heated front seats, dual climate control, rear climate control. It rides smooth and is easy on the eye.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
We came in on Sunday afternoon, knowing which car we wanted to buy. Mr. Jay had us test drive the car, calmly and clearly presented various options, and had us out of the store with our new car within a few hours. The entire operation was smooth, non-loud, and very efficient.

I like a large vehicle and my wife likes a smaller style, so we compromised on the Acadia. It is as roomy as larger vehicles but small enough to satisfy both wants. Gets 18-20 MTG and drives smooth. The only thing it needs is just a little more power. The Denali would have had a little more power . Wish they had one when I bought the Acadia LS because of size.
Ms. S! service. Courteous and professional. My niece referred us to this dealer and they sent her a $100 check for the referral. Sales is very responsive to my calls. If he does not know the answer he will get it and call me bgaithersburg, MD.!

After owning a 2010 acadia slt for 6 years we knew the quality if these vehicles. The newer body style seems of a better build quality. Even though its slightly smaller there's more passenger room than the old one. Way more power, and tons of gadgets in the denali. Favorite feature is the air conditioned seats.
I made an appointment with Jacob Camacho who was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and the consummate professional. He worked through my list of must haves and asked lots of questions to be sure he wasn't missing anything. When I thought the whole experience couldn't get better in comes Korey Matthews, the Manager. We worked through several different cars and Jacob and Korey fought hard to get the right deal for me and an awesome "big truck" that suits me perfectly. I have purchased many cars in my 60 years and truly have NEVER had a more fun experience. I would recommend this dealer and Jacob and Korey to everyone looking for a car and wanting to be treated with kid gloves! Love you guys!
